😂 I paid over $2100 for this overrated pile of crap. It goes out of time with no effort and the kick out clutch doesn’t even work right. I took it out of the table and installed my Consew “Grey Cast” and it’s working fine. The best feature on this Juki is the high lift capacity but if the machine is that temperamental, why even bother? There’s a shit load of these machines for sale in the “used” bracket. My friend bought another version of this machine that was a thousand dollars more and he’s having the same problem with his. After you buy one and realize it’s a pile of crap, you can then convert it into a very heavy paper weight. 😉 I’m going to set mine on a saw horse and take it apart with my 5.56. I can’t even give it away! 😂 nobody wants it. ..lol..lol..lol.. beware the sales pitch. The older grey cast DNU Juki’s are way better. What’s even more disappointing is the fact I had to wait three months for it to arrive by truck. $300 freight. My god, I got reamed. The new Juki’s suck ass. 🥱🤧🙄

I own this machine I have had nothing but problems with it. I don't know if I got a lemon, but it's been in the shop twice. It still does not embroider properly. I would never recommend this machine

I purchased mine new on January 2020 and it really is a great machine, so easy to use!!!!! It has never failed me, and with its enormous power I have done mostly Paracord braided cord stuff like bowls, personalized place mats for all my family members and several friends, spring hats, chair mats, dining table runners, embellished curtains and other similar stuff. It is a shame that it is not an embroidery machine too!!!!

a word of caution on these virtual mail services. i signed up for one and they gave me an address that the usps address change webpage didn't like. It said there are no apartments at this address. the mail forwarder assigned me an address that had #a1 335 at the end which is my vitural mailbox number and the usps website thinks thats an apartment number
