Remove her driving licence before she causes any accidents or mayhem on the roads. Only after she has learnt to drive properly and resat her driving test then she can maybe have her driving licence back again. Idiot . I hope the police have this video and she gets prosecuted to the maximum.

At about 0:30, why are the two cars turning round rather than just overtaking her? In the country where this was shot, does a solid white line mean "do not cross, *even for a stationary car*"? And if so, was doing a 3-point turn legal? None of this excuses the action of the Citroen driver who seemed to be utterly incompetent. By the time she'd faffed around doing her n-point turn, she could have carried on to the next junction and found a safer place to turn round or take an alternative route to get back to where she wanted to be. She seemed to have very slow reactions: every time she came to a halt as she was manoeuvring backwards and forwards, she took *ages* to turn her wheel to the direction she needed to go.
