Hi, could you please tell me which ones sound better to you between the 932s and the 945s, I mean which ones have better definition and sound more natural please? I used to have Art 500As that I really liked and and I don't seem to find the same sound quality in the videos of these new speakers. I know 15s sound different than 12s but I intend to couple them with subs anyway. So if you could just tell me which sound better between the 932s and 945s or maybe even the 935s I would really appreciate. Thanks a lot in advance. Marc

Thank you for the review, info, and prospective. Honestly I was having a difficult time picking and deciding on speakers. I'm new to live music shows in general and I was considering going with a single RCF ART945 or Art985 and skipping out subs for small/tiny venue solo/duo performances to a crowd less than 100.(and potentially at most 150 people if I really try to push for it.) But now, I think the smarter play would be if I go for an RCF Art912 and getting a complimentary sub. Would you recommend a JBL PRX 900 subwoofer or EV Subwoofer? or should I go for the RCF Line of subwoofers such as the RCF SUB 702? Should I settle with 12" sub or maybe just go ahead for an 18" subwoofer? Of course these decisions mostly depends on the size of my audience, I assume that I should be okay with 12"speaker and 12"sub until my audience size grows and I feel that I need an upgrade for coverage and don't worry too much about tone/sound quality at this price(Because everything sounds good in their own respects and it's subjective). I want a bit of dancing and a bit of singing so I'm starting to think that this is the best set up for me. It can fill a room and give me what I want in sound quality. I was considering a RCF Art915 because I really liked the sound but I feel like you're correct about 15" woofer's potential to muddy the clarity of the speaker. Since the A915 and A912 share the same Compression Driver I assume that I could rest assure that the A912 has the same sound quality just instead being a 12" woofer? Will 1x 215xt be good for an outdoor small (50pax) drinking spot? both sides have concrete walls though. Will be connected to a dj controller. Do I need a separate sub? Don't need to be super loud but need to be decent enough for a small outdoor dj gig.

Can I pair a set of rcf 905’s with art 935s?

so people be careful..low frequencies here are nowhere to be found..bass is so weak and disappointing in every angle even if you boost it from the settings..So if you want to get a pair you are going to buy the s8.4 sub in a few that adds the missing bass or skip everything and go for the rokits 8 or even better the focals 65 evo which is the best monitor in under 1000 euros. peace and love

How much clearance is there from the floor to the frame that holds the table?

I was a DJ for 17 years and quit just before the covid outbreak. This mixer and the stems-era have pulled me back into it 👀 It’s judt crazy what ‘ont the fly’-possibilities this creates. My performer will be delivered somewhere next week, can’t wait.

I have the RCF 945 I run them at 7 and on my mixer I go to 7 as well but I do all adjustments from each line as every song is different. Btw good video content

Turn it all the way up and use a matrix to adjust levels.

Hiya, Can you please do a sound set up from mixer to speaker showing how the mixer is set up properly with the channel fader and the channel gain and then the master volume fader. Not a big fan of the 9 series. I think overall the 7's are better. That said, the NX910's are great. All of that is obviously relative because it's RCF so it's going to be good regardless...I'll take my HDM 45's over anything I've heard from the 9 series.

Do you have any tips or the best preset/settings for RCF 8003 AS mk3 subs. I have the art 912-a tops. I go form my Yamaha mixer into the DJ controller and into the subs and from the subs to the tops. I cant seems to have it setup up right still a lot of bass coming thru even when the bass as been turn right off.

Great Video….also please do a video on how to STABILIZE RCF speakers on a tripod. RCF HDM 45A and 945A speakers wobble too much. There is no screw to tighten the speaker to keep the orientation throughout the gig. I currently put tape on the top of my tripod for a more snug fit. But sometimes it gets stuck inside. Love the speakers but hate the wobble.

Great summary of the ape labs lights. A demo would be great of the functionwise with other brand lights, controlled by wolfmix w1 and the ape lab controler.

You know before buying my pair of rcf art 915 I watched your videos for reviews and instead of taking your advice on getting the art912 I got the 15's instead now I regret not listening to you😢. Those things are heavy now I want to sell them to get 912😅like u adviced

Art 932- 3 o’clock is perfect spot! Art 945- full knob- no red limit whatsoever!! Tried myself until hurting your ears still not red!! Anyways single 18 inch is hard to keep up with one 945! I own both 932 and 945 Digital mixer (accurately than analog) can also tell you if signal is going red then it is most likely limiting on speaker. Hard to check on speaker while DJing. The best combo I experienced is a pair of 932 with 18 inch Yorkville ES18p is best! Easy event for 300 guests!

For a question way out of the subject. Is the NX932 Worth the ekstra money vs the Art 932? Same amp, same drivers, different waveguide, wood cabinet and a different power input?

You're right as in there's no right or wrong way since it's not going to introduce gain like some speakers do on inputs that have line/mic with the same knob. But for me what I do it set my speaker's level to where it's clipping when my mixer is showing two bars over 0db on the meters, so I know if I'm clipping/limiting the speaker without having to check behind the speakers, and then I never change it between gigs. I don't like setting a level before each gig because I want the headroom if I need to push more SPL if the room gets loud or the dance floor gets crowded. That said you really don't need to be that close to the RCFs speakers limiter, it gets loud quick and starts changing the dynamics or EQ when you start getting close to it's limit, you don't want to be there unless you have lol.

if i understood the video correctly, in my case, just having the iFi Zen Blue 3 bluetooth receiver connected directly to the speaker to play music from Spotify/Tidal (i.e. without any mixer in the signal path), that knob should be turned all the way to the right; loudness will be controlled from the phone/tablet🤔
