This quest for documenting bandishes of Hindustani Classical Music needs your help.

Any and all info/corrections on raag identification, lyrics, dates, venues, rights, and variations will be gratefully acknowledged.
This is a work in progress and does not claim to be definitive.
*Sometimes*, esp. for Light Classical Music - thumris etc. - the raags may not be mentioned. Just as they are not on album covers often: because performers tend to take liberties or more than one raag might be mixed. I would rather not mislabel till I know for sure. I am not a trained musician and depend on knowledgeable friends - and you, the reader - to fill in these gaps.
There is no commercial purpose whatsoever in sharing these recordings, allowed by rights holders as per YT rules, with the objective of conserving and propagating our common cultural heritage.

hè yadu na.ndana= o, Yadu's son [Krishna ];
cha.ndana= sandal-paste;
shishira tareNa= dew, [cooler] than;
kareNa= with palms;
mano bhava= mind born one, Love-god's [place of];
ma~Ngala kalasha sahodare= auspicious, vessel's, co-birthed [where these vessels are two, one - full with nectar brought by Dhanvantari during the churning of Milk Ocean, from which some drops fell on earth when Garuda was bringing it, thereby those drops sprinkled on herbs and plants, making them useful for medicinal use; the other potlike vessel - Goddess Lakshmi herself, as she emerged out of the same ocean. As a symbolic representation for Lakshmi Devi, a vessel in which water, along with sandal paste, milk, green leafs, sacred rice etc will be put and arranged in the first instance of any worship, called ma~Ngala kalasha.
Here, Raadha is identifying herself as a co-born one to Lakshmi from Milky Ocean, or with the vessel of nectar brought by dhanvantari];

mR^iga mada= musk-deer's, fat- musk;

The first one is Nand/Anandi. "mohe panghat pe" is best described as Gara predominantly.

Hi Ram, Right, of course, my typo: and thanks for pointing it out. Could not readily find these Mir Anees in Rekhta so ended up transcribing myself and there are bound to be other errors as well. It always needs a second pair of expert eyes to spot the typos that slip through the cracks, especially when typing in Devnagri. (I showed him your message and he says he is reminded of two more verses and I have asked him to record those as well) I was so taken in by the last verse that JSP recited to me off hand when I mentioned my odd sleeping patterns to him, so I had to get this recorded. I insisted that he do it without any tanpura just as he performed at a Soz-o-Salaam mehfil that I had the good fortune to attend thanks to him. Apart from the last verse, I so totally love the second one: याद आया दामन-ए-मादर का चैन पाँव फैला कर लहद में सो गए Till this Soz-o-Salaam mehfil, I was totally unaware of some of these moving verses, as mostly others tend to be declamatory and loud. This was quite a revelation. Yet another reminder about how little I know of the various traditions around us. The third & fourth line of this "Heer" should be: क़ासिद रबन जाके सुनांदा.. जाके हाल मिलांदा.. @Sundeep Can you please roughly translate the lyrics if possible?
Don't think it is a Heer. It seems to be a manqabat or a hamd. But I don't know enough and I am sure others will chip in and correct me. Panjtan are the five holy persons, viz. Mohammad, 'Ali, Fatimah, Hasan, Husain. Sadqaa is a propitiatory offering. As in sadqaa lena, karnaa. Qaasid is a messenger. rabnn I think is rab nuu: to god but I will have to listen carefully. "qaasid rubb nuu jaa ke sunaaNdaa" will mean "the messenger goes and narrates the [situation] to god. Seems to be a prayer to Panjtan to help unite with the lost friend.
