You never mention how to first get the firmware. All your links to download on your website lead to nowhere. Files are missing from your Dropbox.

My Bluetooth switch some times sends multiple signals. When I stop my machine with it, it can starts again within a couple of seconds. It's really dangerous... Doesn't happen at a high rate, but a couple of times within a long work day. I'm not sure why it's happening, but I'm scared of using the Bluetooth feature now.

Do you happen to know if it’s normal for my tattoo to profusely weep for the first 8 hours, and then completely stop? My first sheet got so filled with blood and ink that it broke in 8 hours, but my second sheet hasn’t accumulated any fluid at all in 2 days. I’m afraid it might be leaking or something, but can’t actually find a leak anywhere

Hi. I wanted to make a custom Grip for a friend of mine as he likes them even wider than two inches. Only problem I have is that i can't find any information on the threading inside the grip. Maybe you could help me out. Any help would be very appreciated. Greetings from Germany.

What should I do if the glass tube seems warped? Each side of the stencil is clear and the rest is very faint, any info to the cause of this?

The glass roller seems to be warped , is there anyway of rectifying this issue as the stencils seem to be faint each side of the print ?

I bought a symbeos from a co worker who had never used it and had in fact bought it from one of his old colleagues, i love this machine but i am having one major issue, the motor will slide open if im working on certain angles when my hand turns and its prone to falling off the machine, im bot sure why this happens but id very much like to correct it, everything looks to be in order the o rings are in place correctly but this appears to be either a design flaw or the previos owner maybe put a thinner o ring on and it perhaps isnt giving enough pressure to lock it in place maybe? Any advice before i retire this machine? Like o said its a nice machine and i love using it but i cant work with a machine thats prone to coming apart when i change the angle im working on.

my copier is producing very messy inconsistent quality stencils , would this be a case of a clean or would it be the bulb issue . its a pretty old machine 10+ years cheers for any help you can give
