Arch pedestals DIY using basic home tools
Thank you for tuning in! Today I am making arch pedestals and these were made from offcut material, MDF 9mm to be exact but you are able to use ply or any other material you choose.
This is as simple as I could get to making these, it is simple and I’ve actually gotten it done in less than 30 minutes literally!! The video however is fast forwarded but if you have materials you are able to do this and get it done in no time!

Hi the paint used acts as a sealant on its own. The paint used is DURAM SEMI GLOSS / enamel and trim. - water based .

Just a suggestion…. The feet could slide in a slot just like the locking slide to fix the top and bottom halves… This way NO TOOLS! Quick and easy just slide the feet in a slot and you’re set…..
Hi yes definitely a better faster option to go. We have implemented this some time ago as we realised that the time and spanner’s needed was a challenge. Thank you for your comment!
