This video was uploaded from an Android phone. It has only been snowing for about 20 minutes....
It doesn't make sense why American Airlines uses a brand new 787 Dreamliner on a 2 hour flight from Dallas-Ft. Worth to Chicago O'Hare which has seat back entertainment but on an 8 hour flight from Dallas-Ft. Worth to Kahului / Maui they use an old Boeing 767-300ER from the 80's with small trashy overhead television screens, no wifi at least until California or any seat back entertainment. The Dreamliner has a maximum range of 8,000 miles and Kahului is only 3,711 miles from DFW. It just doesn't make sense.
+Jake Hurst it is because they were first just testing out the dreamliner and dfw to chicago is a high popular flight
Jake Hurst I fly to Hawaii from Orlando abs back yearly and I often wonder about that too. I think logistically flying older planes to hawaii are more cost effective. I still wish they would fly newer planes to Hawaii though.
As I am flying to Maui in a couple of days, I checked the seating chart to determine where we will be seated on the aircraft. My seat is 22A which is right over the wing. I would venture to guess that this video was shot from 26A. Thanks for posting it!
This was a Boeing 757, it is the only aircraft that DL flies between LAX and OGG.
Great video, I enjoyed the views of Maui and the approach to OGG. Nice work, thanks for sharing.
Awesome. Thanks for the video!
I'm sure some other country would have tried to take over. I'm surprised the British didn't try to claim it like they did in other parts of the world such as the British side of the Virgin Islands and Falklin Islands.
There's plenty of Hawaiian culture, particularly on the smaller islands.
Nice video!!! I remember landing at Kahuli a few times as a passenger. Always a fun experience
this is deffinety a 757.. look at the way the flaps are comeing down and you can even tell by the wing that this is clearly a 757. i dont know what aircraft you think this is.
Hi, do you happen to remember what seat u were in?
