The beauty of the bittersweet memories of friends and family hurts my soul but lives within me forever. We need to slow down.

I just love the lyrics about how you can't look back and always be full of regret and resentment - it hits really hard - the lyrics are both so brutally blunt and direct and poetic at the same time. The lyrics in "Weather the Storm" are similar to this. Both have been like therapy to me when working and I'm feeling down on a particular day which sadly is often - I put on my headphones and soak it in and see my mood improve. Love this band.

Great album. They never had quite the same appeal on later albums for me.

Once a year I listen to this and to this day goosebumps every single fucking time it’s too melodic and emotional to not feel that intensity of these two songs the intro into the sweet sweet melodies of while we sleep is to perfect it’s so magnificent and beautiful as a sequence of two beautiful fusions of music

One of the best lead-offs in melodic death metal that will ever exist I will always get goosebumps when I listen to the outro intro just every single time

This album probably has the best lyrics in the whole metal scene. They range from pure poetry, to melancholy, to motivational words to live the best life you can. Pure masterpiece of our time

I've been to 3 of their concerts and f... I must say they are on a different level, admiration at the creativity in writing lyrics and the melody is up to the sky, so grateful that I have discovered them years ago and still with them till now.
