    I would love to see the prompts... what in the world did you tell the AI that made it give out that second set of photos? Literally can't replicate it whatsoever by telling the AI to do what you claim to have told it, so I truly am just curious.

      I could easily see how a piece of upward facing, live, non-terminated romex could accumulate enough dust between the conductors to create an arc and light its own insulation like a candle. Regardless of how likely that scenario actually is, it would be irresponsible at best to leave such a simple threat to your life and property up to chance.

    The elements are going to ravage those lvls. The humidity will cause delamination and warping. I know because I install them every week. Just sitting on the job site waiting to be installed they will warp and concave.

      We understand your concern! Fortunately, Cortex screw caps aren't just for aesthetics - they actually provide your screws more protection from the elements rather than leaving them exposed! However, if you live in a colder climate in the winter, there is a chance you might notice the screw caps pop out due to freezing water underneath. Your contractor should leave you with extra screw caps incase this occurs.

      We’re based in Mid-Michigan, so definitely not here! Like many areas of the country, we have a variable climate which is why it is so important to take expansion and contraction into account for your composite deck.

    • @thedesignremodelchannel3625
      @thedesignremodelchannel3625 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It depends… If we are talking about wood decking, pressure washing is a common and safe practice for your deck! Finding a knowledgeable technician who understands how to wash your deck without damaging the wood and leaving gauges or marks is the goal. For composite materials, as long as the right type of nozzle is used with the correct pressure, in most cases, pressure washing is also perfectly acceptable. We’ve written an article that covers how to best clean a composite deck you might find beneficial as well! *** blog.callcustombuilt.com/how-to-clean-composite-deck
