    Is there a way to implement this with a Nucleo-STM32f756zg i.e. using a board without the touch screen and having it going to pc/laptop monitor?

      I don't see why not. Raw image size is only 32x24 pixels and it can be easily transferred to PC. Scaling, interpolation and other processing can be done also on PC.

    I used your file to print the whole gearbox out, how am I supposed to fit the gears into the gear holding section, seems like I cant insert them. Do i reprint the cogs straight into the holding piece?

      No, place planet gears inside ring gear (on flat surface) and then put carrier. Should be pretty simple...

    what is the approximate frame rate you're getting? and have you introduced any interpolation? and about how far can the sensor read while producing relatively detailed images as seen?

      In this demo sensor is configured for 8Hz refresh rate (max is 64Hz, but higher noise level). Bilinear interpolation is used. Distance depends on sensor's FOV, this has 110°x75° FOV (there is a version with 55˚x32˚ FOV)

    Interesting project! I've seen some other servo projects but this one is quite interesting, especially since you use a simple op-amp for the whole position control. Also thank you for the indepth documentation! Some idea: it would be great if you can use a multi turn potentiometer for more resolution, I don't know if there is one besides the super small blue one though...

    I really like this demo. I am new at STM32 and embedded world. I have STM32F429 DISC1. So, I believe I need to learn DCMI for capturing image from OV7670, SPI for driving ili9341, DMA for memory access for lcd spi. Do i need fsmc or something else to able create my own version? Thanks

      it depends on your LCD module, even though the LCD driver IC is ili9341 but the whole module may be designed to use either SPI or use 16bit parallel interface. If it uses the 16bit parallel interface, then the LCD would behaviour like SRAM and therefore you are able to use FSMC/FMC to interface it

      A thin layer of silicon rubber (EcoFlex) was applied on top of the one part, and then the other part is placed upon it. The parts are thus glued after drying.

    Hi, it is a great development i really appreciate that master demo, but how can we turn the screen by 180 degrees? the MikroE software show the image inverted by 180 than this demo... please let me know your comments, i'm deeply studying the source code and i'm able to plenty understand everything.
