I would make every politician in government sit down and listen to this. The most sense on housing I have heard from one person
What they don't understand is if high taxes created success, the UK would be booming. The reason the Country is in trouble is because the highest Taxes in 70 years are destroying the economy. Its the welfare state that's the real problem, no economy can afford to have 9.7 million people between the ages of 18 and 65 economically inactive....
Excellent, this young man should be our PM and hopefully will be in the not too distant future
First!!!🎉🎉🎉
The depreciation of durable consumer goods does not exist in post-1900 economic theory. Of course Adam Smith never owned an automobile since he died in 1790. Educated people in the 21st century are not supposed to know how to apply algebra to economics. The Laws of Physics do not change style year after year. They cannot tell a machine that is a capital good from one that is a consumer good. Adam Smith and Karl Marx could not buy automobiles but economists have ignored the depreciation of durable consumer goods since Sputnik. In fact they rarely mention Net Domestic Product which subtracts the depreciation of capital goods from GDP. So our so called geopolitics runs on defective algebra. There is an essay on the internet titled Economic Wargames by a Dal Timgar that has been on the internet for a couple of decades. Not too many economists comment on it. It was emailed to Robert Barro at Harvard since he is mentioned in it. Economists: Do not mention NDP, Net Domestic Product. They subtract the depreciation of Capital Goods from GDP like industrial robots and 18-wheel trucks but Joe Blow's car can fall apart and not get noticed. Can economists tell the difference between a banana and an air conditioner? NDP = GDP - Dcap (official economic delusion) NDP = GDP - (Dcap + Dcon) (reality) Dcap == Depreciation of Capital Goods Dcon == Depreciation of Durable Consumer Goods GDP is Grossly Distorted Propaganda
Finally found a channel getting the info out with all the political leaning, good stuff!
