Wow, this actually looks doable, most custom builds at least for me look way too hard, but this looks actually quite easy. If you dont already have one you should make a rebrickable on this! Something i along with tons of other people would love to see for sure!

This looks awesome! I suggest adding black tiles on top of the glass balcony railings to make it looks “cleaner”. It looks great though!
