I'm not too sure your conclusion is really right. As you say it keeps cutting out so don't go far, but then you stated it was probably because it ran out of fuel, whi h it will do, unfortunately they don't run on fresh air.

I have a couple notes. Don't fill the gear case completely. 80w90 to the shoulder of the prop shaft. Recommended to replace the gear lube after break in. Grease ZERK. The thing you're setting to "off" is called the choke, which is only used to start the engine when it's cold. Press the PRIMER BULB five or six times. You're supposed to break these in at low throttle, and i believe the company recommends 20:1 or 25:1, not 35:1. And use two stroke oil, not 10w40. If you run out of gas you are also running out of oil, which is your lubrication. That's why the engine will get hot and die. And possibly score the piston and cylinder or seize. You're lucky it restarted, but you probably lost some compression, performance, and lifespan. Good vid otherwise.

Nooo. Get a 4 cycle. They are quieter, smoother, better for light throttle, and they don't quit. I just had to retard the ignition by filing and shimming the flywheel key and trolling beats zooming. 53 CC. Thanks for the demo. Oh: Tomking TK144FC from gomaxind. $275 all in.
