this is the way a small truck should look, nothing too fancy, just a simple regular cab or extended with a 7ft bed for work. people that need something that requires more work, that's why half tons and super duties exist. a truck like this is meant for commuting, and light work.

correct me if im wrong, but on this generation Tacoma, didn't the double cab or crew cab come with a 6ft bed, while the regular cab 2door had a 7ft bed. i know the 2nd gen had a shorter bed at 6'5 if you got the extended cab, but the bed on this looks longer than 6'5.

impossible to find a manual 4wd element. the only manuals i can find are fwd, and they’re mostly all automatic fwd. they made so many of these, yet the manual 4wd’s are rare.. i’m guessing people bought them and never sold

Yeah perma 4x4 is something Id want ... I have auto trans ... my LC100 had auto and perma 4x4, why didnt they use it on FJ is a mystery to me...

Such a cool car. Especially the JDM version with the VR-4 AWD system, active 4WS, Turbo, etc. I wish they would’ve just made the car smaller and lighter, make it a 2-seat car, that way, it would perform much better.

These EP3s are great little cars as long as "shrimp micro-penis" tuners don't get their hands on them and start modifying/chopping them up. These can last a very long time when they're stock and maintained. This beautiful white Si is perfect the way it is in stock form. Bravo to the owner!

I have this same truck except mine is a manual 5 speed with cruzecontrol , and my dash has tachometer. I am third owner and have put 70,000 miles, total miles 290,000. My previous Toyota a 2000 Tacoma I sold at over 450,000 still running
