I'm measuring it at 22 in high 25 in long and 18 in wide. This is for the DK 6000 IAED so I'm not sure if you have a different model that you're looking at or not. Sorry for the slow reply.

Certainly fair criticism. Sometimes based on them out of load on it I will cut some corners admittedly. Certainly over a butt's place for a soldered connection would give and much more secure joining. That being said I've run this system for my second summer now and it's been absolutely flawless.

Sorry to hear that. Do you suspect that it's a fuel delivery issue? I did have an issue recently with a loose propane line under the cover.... Easy fix but a big problem. I hope you weathered the storm and are doing well.

I bought a Standard Ignition through O'Reilly's. Luckily it had a lifetime warranty as I had to replace it again a few months later when the new shutters failed.

I agree, and thank you for the comment. I would like to become good at this sort of thing as a hobby down the road but I won't be quitting my day job anytime soon.

The only way I have found to keep the code cleared is for the shutters to be working correctly. I'm sure it varies state to state but in some states you can still pass emissions with certain codes active. If you have a good relationship with your mechanic I'd ask and see what they say.

I searched hi and low for one without luck. It would have been my preferred route to just replace the actuator.

I did not have that problem. I would look at the hole that is threaded for the screws and make sure that there isn't a burr or something left in the way of the screws that is causing it to bind. It should just thread through into the black metal rod. I'm curious what you figure out.

@@Backyard_ProjectsThanks for the response. I ended up using pliers to tighten the screws. I think they just needed to break thru the end of the hole. They’re still a little tight but functional now.
