My coach recommended this to me but I can't hear what you're saying :(
Are you able to work it harder if you have weights with you? I'm young and tryna get jacked for the future
100%! I like adding weights once you get the coordination right. Just pick up a weight that you feel like would make the exercise fatiguing after about 8 reps. Hold it in the same hand as the leg you're working.
