Omg!! Britax needs to tag your video on their website for people like us who did this. I was so stressed that I couldn’t take my child to school tomorrow if I can’t fix it tonight!!! We already gave up on it and was ready to buy a new booster seat that we need to upgrade anyway if we can’t figure out how to get this metal thing out!! You had the curtesy to put the whole procedure on video so thank you for that but cmon do a proper video recording. The chair is always out of frame, the scene is dark, no close ups on what you’re doing, getting in front of the camera… My god…
