This one made me laugh. Having fun with dogs? 🤣
He is a high energy bomb , lol
Massive interesting update! Good to see Diesel. 👍
@TorFoss300 he is beter now, no limp. Got to build his leg muscles up.
Looking good..hope your glass work goes well..cheers
Glad the dog is on the mend.
Weirdness is good..looking forward to whatever you come up with on the Vic CHEERS
I can recommend a product called fertan if you want to clean the rust out of the tank, just used it on a heavily rusty merc tank and it came out like new
Thank you. I'll give that a look at very much like to be able to keep that tank if I could.
Hope that dog is ok. They love you no matter what.
Having some problems with the vets. Looking like I'm gonna have to find a new vet. These people don't seem to give I hoot. Other than the money. The dog is recovering slowly. Thank you for asking.
Progress 👍
Well done...good luck on the ne xt stages.
@@RichardLWhite thank you
Great progress, nice bit of engineering sorted. Looking forward to seeing it lift.
Thanks 👍
It’s looking great, it’s going to be worth all the effort. Going to look amazing installed
@@MrRoverone thanks

@@RichardLWhite thanks 😊

@@RichardLWhite thank you
Thank you for the video. Good effort clearing the new space and moving the main part. 👍 And don´t be bothered by a-holes.
No worries, thanks 🙏
The base looks good, think it’s worked out well, other ideas sound good. Always surprised how much you get done in theses videos, loads of hard work
Thank you
Looking pretty good. Pleasing to see the progress.👍
@TorFoss300 Thanks, budy , it is so far going well. It's Probly one of my better iders . So far lol
Bumper is looking awesome. Good job
@@Jackoc1382 thakyou, but still got more to do to it. It's just not there yet
I’ve watched every video uploaded for at least twelve months but not had much time to leave comments but still enjoying the videos and projects. Keep it up buddy
Thanks, yes we are Busy I get that. appreciate the acknowledgement thank you.
As always, I enjoy your updates.👍
Thank you👍
Good to see you back.
Thank you
I admire your efforts going in to this project. 👍
@TorFoss300 Thanks, I do try with everything I do, but sometimes I get a bit lost in it . Then, pull back and struggle to pick stuff back up.
Progress 👍
Yup more to come, soon
It works! Love it.
If it can pick up the corner of a land rover, I'm sure it will BE OK. Picking up a corner on a camper body,. Thanks for the reply
Thanks for the videos. Enjoyable as always.👍
Good job on getting the carb on the car. A couple of points. take that wrench out of the choke flap. The choke flap opens with vavuum as the car engine starts. the choke sets to fast idle thats whats happening every time you crank when you move the throttle. The black cap on the side has rich lean markings and is adjustable. Youll get there. Dont worry about jets yet. Get a base idle 650 or so with correct timing and adjust with the idle screws. Looks like its coming together,
Thank you
Looking forward to this. Considered doing this with my London black cab - but the Mrs said no😢 I was going to use a Romahome Pod - which come up for sale time to time. Got a transit camper now. All the best, Mack and Maggie, Huddersfield 👍🏻
Lol, but them London cabs from 60 70s have there owne chasy lol you could cut the hole car in half remove the back cab and put a camper body on back. But I'd did not say this so it's not me recommending it, them cabs are a bit slow and could do with a turbo at best.
@@rusyroadtogreasygold Mine was a 2008 TX4 with the 2.4turbo engine. I paid £495 and run it for years. Plenty power. Also, they have a proper ladder chassis to build off.... But - happy wife, happy life 😀😀👍🏻
@MACK13 ooow ladder chasy , turbo. Hmmm I no what I'd do lol beter to ask for forgiveness lol than permission. Bugger did it again said it out loud lol.
😀🤟🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Intresting times nice one
You could if you are brave take a template from that bed liner or get another one and fiberglass reinforce the liner and convert it to a slide in, you have the dimensions ready made. So will the pickup reverse into bed liner you have if it was suspended on stilts.
Food for thourt , did not think of that. Thanks. Good idea 💡
Thanks for the video. Plans, plans, plans, I can relate to that.👍
Need to start somwere , so this project and the ratrod is this summers items.
I think you need adaptor from spc performance 9130 for the car to manifold
Just re orderd on your recondition on the numbers. Thank you for that
Look at the Edelbrock 2198 manifold. Notice the intake port sizes. That Holley should be ok as it has Vac secondaries. There is a spring kit available that can slow or speed up the opening on demand. Carb can be rejetted as required.
Thanks, I'll look in to this later
A 600 Carb is too big for that Rover you need a 390 it will run way too rich with the 600 and even if you down jet it it still doesn’t work
It's a 4 lte not a 3.5 . Does this make any difference
That holley has vacuum secondaries and should be fine. There are stamped numbers on the carb horn that will tell you the cfm and carb rebuild kits, metering block etc. That dog really bonds with you. Great update. Get that camper truck done and out of the drive.
Thank you for that bit of information. I will check it out. Iand work out what I need to work out. appreciate this. Thank you for your comment
Enjoyed the camping set-up. Good luck with your teeth👍👍👍
Thanks more on this to come as puting it altogether on the next one
Thanks for the video. 👍Sorry to hear about the dentist trouble. Where I live you have to cover the dentist bill yourself. Keeping loads of not wealthy people from seeking help. (Not entirely correct. Immigrants get around 10-15 k £ for dentist when they arrive. So good for them.) Hope you get the teeth problem fixed. Good Luck !
No probs, thanks for watching
Brilliant lights. I've used the same flexible tube for mine and my solar cables. Sealed with sikoflex👍🏻
I see many years ago a landy done on the inside of cab and had to do it my self but on the out side. Doun side is its very loud on windy days 😆
Always looking forward to seeing new videos. 👍
Thanks 👍 got somthing cooking for the next one
Yep happy with what ever you put up keep it up
Thanks, next vid coming soon
I don’t mind the pick up videos and I’m not bored with them, I would like to see more of the Frankenstein truck though, I know there’s no point mentioning the motorhome so I won’t, I’m just happy you’re still making videos to be honest, love to you and your wife x
Yeah, Motor Home is financially a no-go at the time. I started it before a lockdown. Everything was fine after locking down. That was its demise. Sadly. Anyway, I appreciate your comment. videos will continue. And the Frankenstein may very well be what i will pick it up next, although. I am yearning for a trike to ride one that I can handle with arthritic shoulders, lol.
Mint 👌👌👌
For sale, one truck, in excellent condition, and comes with enough seed to plant a lawn at Buckingham Palace!
Pmsl,
We lost our dog on the 5th march, he wasn’t just a dog. Nice pup, you’re a full time dad again, congratulations.
They are more than pets . sory you lost the dog .
Lovely pup
We agree!, he's a lad
Very nice looking setup..well done.
Thank you,👍
Will you be fitting an auxiliary battery - or running everything off the starter battery? Cheers
For now, as long as the engine is running. I'll be running everything off the start of battery
Looking good. Thanks for taking the time to film and share this 👍🤘👍
No problem thank you i'm glad you enjoyed
Good job
Thank you
Its all coming together now, Impressive stuff. She looks the part!
