A bit late to this party but mussels are great with a tomato garlic sauce and whole grain pasta. So many people don't couple mussels to a tomato based sauce because we are so programmed in a white sauce but seriously yum and so many variations (Tomato chilli / tomato white wine / herby tomato)

This is a super informative video with awesome information on Menopause - I am almost 58 (on July 17th) and I am still in peri-menopause! My OBGYN can hardly believe it! Yikes. I'd like to be done with all of this!!
Oh my goodness - yes!!! People have no idea how much sugar is in most Tonic water cocktails. I do what you do - I use a diet Tonic and experiment to see what else will work in a delicious, refreshing way!! The excess sugar isn't healthy and wow can it ever pack the weight on. Great video!! Cheers!! 🙂

I always thought there was only 1 kind of salmon. I also learnt that how much Omega 3 we need. Salmon is usually somthing I avoid as I put it in the too hard nasket
Hi Claire Did not know how one 100 gm of salmon gives you 2/3 of your omega 3 needs for a week !!! Yay fabulous!!
Thank you for this Claire. I have often wondered about the different brands of salmon plus I was never sure about eating raw salmon. One question.... is smoked salmon as healthy as plain salmon.

I gave my American friend Ribera and he drunk it straight from the bottle and when I came back from toilet he drank halve of it is he gonna be ok😂🟩
The closest I've found to a new Ribena since the sugar tax is Rocks Organic Blackcurrant Squash, the problem with most no added sugar products is that they add unwanted artificial sweeteners that give the drinks a foul aftertaste.
Claire just found this video you have totally inspired me to join up again this year. I managed 17km last year and at around 170kg at the most this year am hoping to do a similar amount if not more.
