This is a flat out horrible experience. download crashes all the time (at least 10 times so far) and once I was actually able to finish download an error message "can not recognize file" popped up. Have been trying to get this done for two days now. Also looking at the video it seems the entire process is like something from the past. This is laughable and after having had a Tesla (which was my business car) where updates go smooth over the air without an manual intervention I am SHOCKED how far behind Citroen is. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!
