Hey Clare, gotta a question for you; I'm a college student with a year left as a CS {Information Systems Major}, what would you give insight into me looking into becoming an officer in the military, I got some hefty debt and was wondering if that would be a good walk for someone like me? Even though you don't know me lol... I respect the military tremendously, love to learn, and don't know what i want to do with my life anymore...
thank you for reaching out. the military is never a bad idea if you're looking for some consistent work and adventure. i joined out of high school because i didn't know what i wanted to do with my life and it was fun. the military pay for officers is pretty nice and gets better pretty quickly as you rise up in the ranks. i think it might be a good fit for you. you also seem pretty smart so Air Force might be the way to go
Love the content and exceptional camera work ! Solid wood furniture goes for a premium pretty much anywhere ..and that little table would sell for $250 in our area easily , even in this stinky economy that we're in .. I think it came out great especially considering its previous condition (although I prefer whitewashed or blonde wood stains over traditional brown stains) Two 👍👍's Up for remaining determined and getting it done ..pencil yourself in a raise (but make sure you use pencil) *gigglesnortgiggle* 😂 😇❤
Thank you!
Cinematic & so well done Clare
thank you Min 🧡
At what age did you join ? And why did you leave
Do you have mre in the air national guard?😊
Hi. A nice video. Are you based in Anchorage, Alaska? I’ve been there. I stayed in Anchorage, Alaska for a few days back in 2018 on a vacation from Maryland. I flew in, stayed, enjoyed it and flew out. Alaska is beautiful, wildlife state . I’m in my early 40s now. If I was younger, I would join the Air Force Reserves or Navy Reserves too. Lots of benefits being a military reservist. I hope you have a nice overall reservist experience. Good luck. 🇺🇸
Best review of any type of review if ever watched. Most honest, real, most informative review
How many years were u in and have u been deployed
What state are you on for the air national guard?
It was amazing video ,editing, content, and... I was watching your previous videos from a year ago until now. But you make angry me because you are really really good at this kind of video that you are making but one video in 4 months that isn't fair 😢😢😢 You are really really really great but please make more video not just 1 in 4 months please ❤❤❤😅 Thanks It might be wonder you But I'm watching you from iran...😊
I appreciate it! More content coming soon
Hi
Seems kinda boring.
could be sometimes
Great cinematography, youtube randomly recommended me this video and I do not regret it. Keep grinding and the algorithm will catch on eventually.
Thank you Pat! Night made. I appreciate it.
How i Can contact you

So I saw snippets of Alaska, even saw you at Market Basket but i saw Maine on a bridge sign, were you TDY to JBER? I was stationed at Eielson but also grew up in Alaska??
do you have Market Basket in Alaska? All of this footage was either Maine or NH. No Alaska, although that would be cool
We used to but the local family that owned them(3-4) changed the store name and parent company affiliation. It might have been a coincidence with the name because after researching the “east coast” chain they apparently have had no stores in Alaska. BTW, the reason I thought you might have been in Alaska was because of the hotel signs you showed, one sign appears to say “Anchorage…” which is the largest town in Alaska and is home to JBER(Elmendorf AFB/ Fort Richardson), it was probably a hotel sign with reference to the nautical term “anchorage”! So I hope you had a good career, I spent 10, 6 of which were active duty and my primary AFSC was “security”! I have 27.5 years in public safety and medically retired in 96’ from the fire service/EMS side. Thanks for your videos! rt
I loved this, my younger sister has been in the Army since October and my older sister has been in the Navy for a couple years so I started thinking about somewhere I could fit in
the Air Force seems like a good place to me
I’ve been looking into joining the air national guard heavily recently and thought about being a hydraulic mechanic. Could you go into more depth about that job you had?
Congrats love 😊
Besafe girlfriend team work hug love 💕😘
Hey I like the LED flag on the wall. May I ask where you got it?
Great video- very informative as I’m researching joint NH ANG. I would be joining as an officer as I have a degree from UNH. JW- are you enlisted level or officer? Thank you for your service.
MOP gear, Hahahaha, the only thing I turned in was my flight line badge.
little late but i was just wondering, is there a general role in the ANG or are they all specialized? I’m in hs and a recruiter told me there’s 50k signing bonuses along with being part time, just not sure how truthful that is.
Every role is specialized and some roles come with bonuses. Talk to your recruiter about which jobs are available and which ones come with bonuses. 50k is unusual but it is possible. When your recruiter gives you the list of available jobs, make sure to consider what you want to do and if it has a bonus attached. Bonuses are fun, but you also want to be happy with what you're doing. Good luck!
@@clarekirste appreciate the advice and info, but just wondering, is it common for part time jobs to have at least some kind of bonus? I know you don’t know 100% but would you say yes there is scenarios where that’s the case
some part time jobs do, but not all. ask your recruiters which ones have bonuses@@gangsta_pigeon8023
Dang just paid $1000. Ugh
I'm retired Air Guard. It's an amazing career.
great short film!
thank you!
What about deployments in the ANG? what do you usually do at drill weekends?
Awesome video! Have a Honda Pilot (05) myself.
Thank you! one of the best cars ever made
Good to see this. I'm moving over to the guard after 12 years in AD. I already got a good bit of insight, but it's still good to actually see what it's like.
Good luck!
Thank you for serving our Country my respects and prayers to all of you 🙏🏻❤️🇺🇸
Thank you. We appreciate the support.
Hell yea I just bought mine not too long ago so far I love it
Awesome! Happy to hear it
Ahhh I’m looking up companies to sell my junk car and stumbled across this video….i almost cried with you bc my car is literally a 2006 Honda Pilot 😭😭😭so many good memories with this car
one of the best cars out there. so hard to let go of. I hope the process goes well.
Don't be afraid to use the foot pegs in the snow.😮
Long vent/rant warning 🙃: Ik its a two year old video, but watching this definitely helped me calm my nerves dealing with the whole process and emotional side of selling lol. I'm about to give away my car of 4 years. My 2007 toyota corolla got me through college, a couple relationships, jobs, and anywhere else she was able to take me. Earlier this year some carjackers stole and trashed her pretty bad to the point of no return. I held on for months hoping i could get her fixed and safe to drive again, but man i cannot afford the repairs. I'm just glad i got her back so i can at least get some money but also properly say goodbye. Gonna miss you, Chloe :(
❤
Do more vlogs!! Day in the life
Would these be useful for sidewalks or stay on streets? I've got hilly terrain and all and I'm between a elec bike or one of these to buy
Hi Claire. Great review. How does the light turn on? I flip the switch but nothing.
should turn on once you turn on the bike and hit the switch; make sure the wires are connected
Preparing for my test this month. I wish I’ll make it.
I was active duty for just over 4 years. I’ve been out for 2 and a half. There’s a bigger part of me than I expected that misses it 😂 now in looking into the guard but would like a different AFSC to try something new. I’m basically doing my past afsc as a civilian now.
I miss it too from time to time haha but yeah you can definitely pick a new afsc if you don't mind going to another tech school. might be good to switch things up
Is the lodging paid for when you attend your drill weekends?
Yes it is
@@clarekirste thats awesome! I’m enlisted in the Air Force reserves, awaiting to attend BMT and want to know how the drill weekends roll. Thank you!
I’m enlisted in the USAF Reserves out in California. I’m waiting to attend my D&TF at March ARB.
How is it? Im from cali too and was thinking of joining the national guard
Massimo Mb200 Mini Bike vs Axis minibike ? Any thoughts?
My buddy has the axis minibike and i have the massimo, his bike has more top end i have more immediate torque & mine is a little more comfortable because of the rear suspension
Hahahahahaha LOVE 😂

Sheeeesh
Quick question for the officer route, do you need just a bachelors degree OR can you also have 90 college credits?
Need a bachelors preferably a STEM degree
Can't hear you😮
gotta let go to grow 💪🏽
