We toured there last year, from the very top (the Butt of Lewis) to the very bottom (Barra). A stunning part of the world but it rains a lot. We were lucky it was sunny but cold. My second favourite place for campervanning - after Norway.

I spent a lot of holidays throughout the 70's in the amazing Outer Hebrides .. Pretty much covered everywhere, from Barra, South Uist, Benbecula, North Uist, Harris & Lewis. I can remember vividly landing on the beach in Barra on taking a short flight from Glasgow. The weather was always good in May. Happy Day's !!!
