This really made me think about myself in a way that I never thought about before. I've always been in like that top 1% of guys in fitness, studying and being social with like guys and mates but when it comes to talking and cold approaching girls I absolutely suck ass. Like I was in the gym today and there's this girl in there who I think is really attractive like a solid 8.5/10 for me and in my mind I wanted to cold approach but my mind made up some stupid excuse for me not too "she probably has a boyfriend, she's busy doing a set, she's talking to that other guy" and I wished I just realised that I actually have balls and should've of just said some brain dead thing. Hamza if your reading this, please make a video on this channel in the same style about cold approaching. Its the one area which I personally think (I may be wrong) that I suck complete booty on. Basically what im asking is for you to like further in depth into the mindset of attracting the higher quality women. Please bro. You've helped me get to where I'm at now. thanks man

Actually they’re still difficult because the 10% of people you’re competing with are very competitive. The 90% were never competition anyways. Getting into an Ivy League isn’t easier because 90% of students don’t try to get in. They’re extremely hard because the 10% that apply are all insanely talented.

When I post job posts on indeed I just make them perform a basic math test… usually only leaves me with 1%-2% of qualified applicants hahaha No one even fucking tries

I'm 40 minutes in and just had to comment right now. I've been in a rut for months now and haven't done anything significant lately, whether that be business wise, physique, journaling, dating, etc. I've just been so stressed with my senior year of highschool. About 10 minutes in this video, I told myself I was going to go to the gym for the first time in two months which I did. All I did was bench 115 lbs for 3 sets. This is way under anything I did all summer. But I felt amazing that I even made it that day. This has motivated me, not just gym wise but also in my journaling and meditation I've been struggling with. All I have to do is write a few sentences of postive affirmation. I then unpaused the video and kept watching. When hamza mentioned his switch from piling a bunch of tasks to just two. It almost broke me down in tears with how much stress I and others put on our backs. When all we have to do is carry one thing at a time. I hope you enjoyed my rant.

Quit my job 3 months ago and moved to a new city. started marketing a ecommerce brand started just with reels and posts now I’m running the whole business, my mother keeps telling me to pace myself but the mentality I have doesn’t see a problem. can’t wait to move countries next march and find more like minded people. So true. I just got ride of three girls that weren't good for me. The first one was an ex which I still had sex with and that situation was weird so I had to stop. The second one was a girl that I was simping for even tho she isn't even that good and pretty immature. And the third one had a crush on me but I had to stop dating her because I hadn't feelings for her and she just wasn't that good for me either. That hurt but I'm proud I managed to have the balls to have an unconfortable conversation with the three of them thoses past days.
