Done this fight a bunch of times already and realized I never uploaded a video of one. It's been a while since I did it last time so I forget if my avatar usually comes that close to dying but it's not really a dangerous fight, just keep BP'ing on cooldown.

Here's an example of the fight when 2 Judgement Bolts does not kill all the NMs and you need to do a 3rd. After the 2nd Judgement Bolt I waited a few seconds just to see if Ramuh could kill that one mob that was at 4% but that mob had Hundred Fists active and Ramuh kept whiffing so I made the decision to kite again for a 3rd because Ramuh would've died otherwise. And if Ramuh dies, you wipe.

This is what the fight looks like when everything goes your way. The optimal run is to just simply have Ramuh Judgement Bolt a 1st time, all 3 NMs use their 2 Hour (Hundred Fists), then you kite and all 3 2 Hours have worn off by the time the 2nd Judgement Bolt comes out (so Ramuh will take very little damage once he's engaged again compared to getting melted by Hundred Fists) and the 2nd Judge...

Could double up and recorded, was able to do it this time without losing a single pet so I would say this is about as good as the run really could've gone. Very happy with where the consistency is now because using 2 flytraps kind of sucks

Did a second run w/o 2hr available so I picked up an Icarus Wing so I could open with a Sneak Attack Dancing Blade which ended up doing about 25% damage. I got healed twice for 150hp each by the Marionette Dice so subtract 300hp from my final health to see where I would've been at w/o the helpful effects. I also confirmed Sleep Bolt cannot proc on Fantoccini so you should just stick w/ an Acid ...

Didn't know what I needed to do going in so I was trying a few things in the beginning that didn't work out. Tried sleeping pots to build TP w/ Opo-opo Necklace but I forgot that's level 61 and not 60. Dunno if Sleep Bolts land, all of mine missed. Strat seems to just be Acid Bolt his face and just keep swinging away.

This was the strat I followed that I learned by asking in the HXI discord: Use SMN/NIN Get Shadows, Stoneskin, Refresh, and Tuna Sushi up before engaging. Engage the Teal MR w/ Carby and kill it. Unsummon Carby and summon Shiva. Tag the popped NM with Shiva (cuz Shiva will automatically target the main MR), then put Shiva on the main MR. First time trying this out after hearing this was a doable solo w/ HQ Flytrap. Soporific being 1 charge is really what makes this work to begin with. With some better luck on sleeps sticking and probably just better timing, it may be doable with 1 Flytrap but with just a slightly better run doing it with 2 pets works and is honestly good enough. First time doing this on RDM and I'm still learning the job so I wasn't sure if I would even succeed. Spent like 5 minutes trying to land a Sleep or Bind but I couldn't so I decided if I was gonna win I needed to start hitting him so I just Gravity kited for the rest. Barely made it, but had I just kited from the start it would've been a safe win.

So much nostalgia. Ill have to log in for a month this year lol. Mods have come a long way i see.
I never recorded more runs but just know you don't need to Icarus Wing. You can literally just open with a Sneak Attack + Auto Attack, land an Acid Bolt, then just stand there butterknifing his face and Dancing Blade'ing when you have 1000+ TP. In all of my attempts I never came close to danger doing it that way and you get to save money on consumables.

Super helpful to have an example of /WHM, just about everyone I've seen has been /NIN (which is a great sub but feels like it has fewer tools to deal with "OH Sh*t" moments when soloing content like this) Congrats on your........ Habu Skin & Super Cermet 😂
