I love diving into independent studies and research on topics related to health, self care, fitness and overall self improvement. I usually document my process to track progress and see how different ideas pan out. But I recently started to think that maybe I should try to articulate my thoughts and findings to an audience as that might help me to understand them even better and that in the process of discussion we could perhaps all learns and grow together.
My goal here is to provide genuine, valuable content that can help others. While I might gain some recognition or monetary benefits along the way, that's not really the focus. As I’d much rather build a community of likeminded individuals with similar interests.

GUYS: I have tmj and my mum is a nutritional therapist, certain bacteria and parasites that are in your gut are correlated with TMJ!!! i took a test a few weeks ago and she has gotten some supplements for me now. i already have improvement with my jaw locking before eating though not sure if it’s fully placebo. i doubt it tho. EVERYTHING IN YOUR BODY IS LINKED. PHYSICAL HEALTH MENTAL HEALTH AND EVERYTHING. comment if you have questions and i can ask her!!

i feel you bro, i was allergic to milk growing up and didn’t know, i was malnourished lethargic and unhealthy, in some photos my skin looked yellow. i think ive stopped growing now but im shorter than my dad when i should be a lot taller. wish my parents realised

im 5,6 at 17 and haven’t really experienced a huge growth sport. i know im not done growing but i also know im a decently late bloomer. im hoping to hit 5,10 because of my tall grandparents but my parents are also 5,6 and 5,0.

Im 14 and 5'5 i think im almost done growing but I'll work hard to become taller no matter what, im still currently trying to learn how to use a jumping rope, its soon becoming an obsession
This is inspiring, and honestly what I needed because I'm kind of going through the same thing rn (im 17). You may never understand the significance to me of what you have done so far, (your previous videos on tiktok and YT) but know that you have helped me in a way nobody else could have done. Sure, I could've read about HOW to grow, lose fat, improve facial symmetry, etc. However you have shown me it's possible to do so. For that, I thank you.

Great video just to be clear the amount of Sodium per day should be 2.3 Grams and potassium should be 3.5?
@@matteosciulli26 yup, those r the recommended intakes, but the upper ceiling limit for the best results and the least side effects is more like a 1:2 ratio
