Hello Jim! Yes, I would recommend this place - maraming open spaces and garden na malalakaran :) Maaliwalas ang paligid. Malinis naman and they are practicing safety precautions when we went there. The staff are friendly and accommodating too :) Mahina lang ang phone signal sa room but wifi is good naman :)

So far so good! The advantage vs. living in a house - you will no longer open a gate when parking 😁 The staff and security are courteous and accommodating as well. So far, we have not heard any footsteps or noise from the unit above us. The main door just isn’t thick enough to filter noise from the hallway when passersby or cleaners are talking, or the maintenance peeps’ radios are on. But this happens very seldom :) The Rockwell property management is very attentive and always listens! We are happy with how the condo is run :) Congrats on your new unit! When are you moving in?

Hello, Karen :-) The published rate for the premium room is P4800 good for 2 pax with complimentary breakfast. Our total overnight expense is at around 8k including our 2 lunches (arrival and before leaving), 1 dinner, and extra items we ordered during breakfast. I hope this helps :)

We were actually surprised when we saw that there’s a dry wall during the turnover and we initially intended to have it removed. But later on we decided to just convert it into an accent wall so we no longer asked the admin about it. But I guess they’re quite flexible and would allow it since it’s neither a pillar nor a solid concrete. :) Hope all goes well when you ask the admin! :) oh and congrats on your turnover! :) see you around, future neighbor!
