Is feak haha
Im currently working on this.
And how many hours did you train bro
Approximately, 2.5 hours per day
look youtobe carsonys Brothers
wow wow wow ❤❤❤
Wanted to write a comment that its very unlikely you achieved OAH in one month but than I read the captions you left in the end of the video. Still crazy progress even with previous experience with OAHS but this video might confuse viewers who dont watch till the end. In my case I started training OAHs than left it due to inconsistency than came back and it took me 6 months to properly hold 10 seconds, after 2 years( present ) I managed to progress to 20-25 seconds consistent holds. Due to lack of time Im just maintaining that level and enjoying this skill.
Thank you for the comment. Same thing, inconsistency is the reason why one can get stuck at the same level for a while. At that time, I think it was a wise decision to put aside this skill till I was sure I could dedicate a proper amount of time to it. However, now my inconsistency is not about OAH, but in calisthenics as a whole
l will never be able to do one arm handstand.
I thought so too
MY JOURNEY IS 1 YEAR AND 6 MONTHS
bro you literally earned a sub for this, almost 1-2 months ago i saw the 90 degree hold and then wanted to learn it so i learned the elbow lever first and then trieed to do it at first i did great progress but then it stopped at a point( i just practiced 2 weeks) and now after watching your video u gave me the true motivation and right now i am learning the handstand and can do it for 10s(max) and my next target is handstand push up and the 90 degree hspu.if you have any tips about how to hold handstand longer pls give me i would love to know!
Thank you! Awesome results! Regarding your question, firstly, I believe one should start learning handstand push-up once one achieved at least 60 seconds of solid free handstand, since it means that you've mastered handstand well enough and are capable of making hspu attempts without wasting your efforts to catch the balance. So do not neglect it and take your time. Secondly, speaking about hs tips, as for me it's only about repetitions. At first, I practiced hs in front of the wall, and always filmed myself to make sure the body line is always straight. Standing in front of the wall ensures your legs aren't leaning forward which leads to banana hs that you should avoid. Try different exercises, for example, put one leg against the wall, then switch it to another one, but while switching try to catch the balance at least for a second. Then do it without switching legs. Then try to kick up to hs position trying to not leaning against the wall, with this exercise you'll understand how hard you should kick up yourself to not overdo it or not do it enough . Always keep pushing from the shoulders, stretch your toes, squeeze hips. Spread your fingers and use them to balance. But as I said, balancing is mainly about practice Hope, it'll help, if you're still struggling
Good video
AWSOME PROGRESSION BRO MOTIVATION
Great man 😊😮🎉❤
I like how real this is. Despite having a crazy progress during those 30 days, some days were somewhat off and it seems like you couldn't make a OAHS hold even if the day before you were holding like 5-6 seconds
AMAZING AND CRAZY JOURNEY
HANDSTAND PUSHUP
Very good work
❤🎉😮
Hey nice video, I have a question for you on technique : I always get stuck right when my feet is up about 60 degrees elevated. That is when my head is getting blocked by the ground from continuing the motion. At this point, should I 'banana' arch my back a bit and drag my head on the ground for a little bit until I get into the standard HSPU position?
Hi, thank you! Well, you can get up through the 'banana' as part of the progression, but do not overdo it and keep maintaining the technique. I would advice you to separately practice the challenging position, by holding it for a time so that you increase your endurance. And you can also practice your regular HSPU as well as elevated HSPU and hold yourself at the bottom position for a second Hope, it'll help in case you're still struggling
Any balancing advice?
Cried.for me and you 😂
dafuq. This is giving me major motivation man!
Impossible to get one arm in 30 days
i got my first clean 5 second 90 degree hold super exciting but the dream is this freaking insane move i need to learn master the free handstand first though....that will be a drag and i will also make sure to become very very good on 90 degree hold first at least 15 second hold to have a solid foundation before training the 90 degree handstand push up directly
Nice! How's your progress?
@@danfonkats9761 8 mounths ago huh.... Negative result i had to stop for a long time only recently i have started training again
ur day one its my 30day hahaha
handstand one arm
Inspiring :) I'm also trying to learn one arm handbalance after achieving HSPU. But one arm is frustrating. Any advice/tip will be appreciated. How long was the journey for you?
Thank you! I'd be glad if you watch one of my videos about 30 days of learning OAH, in the very end I left the caption about my journey. Briefly, I learned OAH mostly through the attempts, the only exercise I find useful is to try playing with your fingers of supported arm by switching them trying catch the balance for a second. All the rest is a practice. And also I advise you to not repeat my mistake and learn OAH on both arms at the same time. Always strengthen your shoulder and push from it. And one of the most important things -- stretch your legs and your split since the lower your legs the easier to balance, think of this as a tightrope walker wearing his pole or hands to balance Let me know how's your progress! Perhaps, you have already surpassed me :)
ONE ARM HANDSTAND
I will train 60 days to reach your day 1 😂
Bro, I remember watching you when I couldnt even hold 5s handstand. Now im close to one arm handstand and full front lever/pressing from full pike to handstand. Thank you, srsly for being one of my biggest motivations
I remember you as well! And I’m very glad to hear this, it means a lot Thank you for staying with me and watching my video!
Motivation
Which handstand push up variations the best for shoulder?
90 Degree HSPU for sure
Motivation at his finest
Thanks a lot!!
Super impressive strength and control!
Thank you!
handstand pushup
it has been a year since i started learning the full one arm handstand and now i can hold a clean 5 secs full one arm handstand and i do not find that impressive because i would like to hold more what do u think ?
I think that’s great result! Because you achieved one of the most difficult skills so now you can focus on different variations of it. Even if you’re not sure that you are ready, just give it a try, since it might be boring to perform one thing for many times. So bring yourself more joy into workout routine. Use p-bars, straight bar, blocks, different surfaces etc. Anything that will keep you engaged into the process. Give yourself more small challenges to overcome. It would be way easier to learn something new as you’ve got the basics. Just do not compare yourself to others. For someone it might take more or less time to achieve something, and yet it is the result, the fruit of your own work.
@@danfonkats9761 thanks man
This is really inspiring!! Next year I will start my 90° HSPU journey, wish me good luck !
Thank you!! Good luck and take care!
You can handstand very well Claps handstand push up or 90degree handstand push up which is hardest more

Nice having you back!
handstand pushup😎💯👍🙏💪🦾
good job, i still don't think you started with zero OHS knowledge, it's impossible to achieve a OAHS in 30days, 100%.
I didn’t. I wrote about it in the end of the video
@@danfonkats9761 ah ok, sry then, still all my respect OAHS is not easy :-)
Appreciate you, please keep going and make us motivated in this journey thanks bro 🙏❤
