Around 05:00 This is my summary to get items deleted from credit report. According to Congress Federal Law Fair Credit Report Act 15 USC 1681 A-N Definition Exclusions of Contract and Civil Liability for Willful Noncompliance erase and discharge the line of credit and transactions/experiences that show late payments, payment history, utilization, mixture of credit, length of credit history, new credit. These shall be excluded on consumer reports. You will also need to show original agreement with signed wet ink signature. Since you cannot furnish this information, please discharge/delete this negatively impacting report item.

All the CRAs say is it’s their LEGAL obligation to report accurate information. It seems like they don’t care about what laws we throw at them because they basically using the same laws to keep it on a CR..🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

There's where they're lying to you there's not somebody sitting there opening each one of these dang letters reading your stupid story and fixing your you know deciding if they're going to do a fix your credit or you know take a late payment off no it goes through a freaking computer a computer reads it and that's what it sent us all done by computers or none of this stuff we get done that fast I mean look at how many people are in the freaking United States and all these consumers you know do you think there's actually enough time for somebody to read each and every single letter from somebody no don't get me wrong yes he's saying don't send letters in but he's not telling you the real reason why you don't use the letters in cuz there's no person they're looking at it you know and you know don't degrade yourself and admit to doing something that you shouldn't do and to get the late payment to take off yeah you don't admit to it but he's not telling you that there's a computer algorithm doing that just like you said there's a computer algorithm that gives you the FICO score there's a computer reading all your
