This video is from 2 years ago. The cost to build a custom home has changed especially after the COVID period. Resale value depends on the market in the area where a home is located. That’s why it is important to carefully analyze a neighbourhood’s potential before spending $3.5 million on construction.

Your nanny, your high school-aged child, a tutor for your children, and occasionally yourself for appointments or leisure time in Downtown all make use of the proximity to the transportation. Moreover, homes near city infrastructure tend to maintain their value better compared to those in areas reliant on cars.

Montreal as a whole is a nice city, but the problem is its in Quebec, which is by far the worst province in Canada. Racism against immigrants and religious minorities, rampant corruption at all levels of government, collapsed health care system, mandatory french in businesses and to obtain any service, much colder climate than southern ontario, limited job opportunities (a lot of businesses moved away because of french), low salaries, high cost of living. Ontario may not be perfect, but its closer to what Canada represents, which is diversity and tolerance for ALL.
