Also move the stock closer in towards your neck so that your torso absorbs the recoil instead of your arms. I had this bad habit for a while and my arms were black and blue until I corrected it. If you move stock in between your neck and the bruised spot you showed, it will be much better. I used to trap shoot all the time. Its a blast

I shot trap for a lot of years. For the 16 yd birds you hardly need to lead, just swing gun. For the 20 yard birds just be a little out in front of the angled ones. It gets pretty easy if you shoot every week.

And cool video, you’re the first girl I’ve EVER seen go out in the woods alone in the dark hunting and you stayed till noon and right back out. That’s longer than most people I know. Some of those old does are as smart as the big bucks. Good luck!
