Constitution enjoyer on the Bot-Front
Hello Everyone, a quick disclaimer, im Not very good with the constitution on the botfront, because 1. my aim sucks and 2. The constitution is designed for close - middle range fights. you could probably snipe with it but its highly unlikely you will 1 tab 5 enemys in a row. funny enough the Bayonet has some unique perks other weapons ( non explosive or Plasma ) has, it can destroy Tanks; Anti Air and even Factory Strider. Sure other weapons can do that aswell but think of it, the bayonet can bypass Armor penitration 4.

like to bring smokes to help escape and close the distance. Really helpful when you want to get close to a tank and *chalk* it A little bit of bayonet experience: for the scrawny bots always aim for the crotch. It will cut off a leg. For beserkers (and any other bot in the midsize category) its a bit tricky but if you *chalk* straight up in front of them you can get their head. Helps to weaken them before hand as well. Chalk = bayonet TH-cam censorship at its finest

i dont know what the problem is with the bots, i find them easy as hell compared to the bugs. for context i usually play on difficulty 8-10 (impossible - helldive - super helldive)
i always play lvl 10 diff on bots and bugs, its just i still have some problems specifically with the constitution on the bot front, and you do not get often a chance to use the bayonet. bugs are mostly no problem, but at bots, those 104 bullets with slow reload are really noticable to say the least
@@sunnydoyoutube7209 9-10 is my most recent sort of difficulties but i've been playing 10 alot, bots aren't really that bad on 10 but for bugs its a huge pain in the a## (cant say it cuz comment will get deleted, sorry!)
@@allskib understandable, at least for me on bug 10 the bayonet makes a great defens line, like if you want to hold off bugs untill your teammates can reload. however pouncers are a real pain to deal with because of the hitbox sometimes, thats the only complaint i really have on the bug side
@@sunnydoyoutube7209 bro i HATE the little jumping guys, i call em fleas though because of how they leap through the air lol. i usually ghostdive for bots but on bugs i just go as heavy as possible because that (usually) works, biggest pain i've had with the bugs is def the fleas(pouncers?) but i haven't tried the Garand (bayonet weapon i presume)

Well done young marksman! A true display of the Constitution! Oh it's entirely possible to snipe with the Constitution. Especially on the bot front. Remember there's a reason even the most hardened of solider refuse to smoke at night. The bots break that same rule with their glowing red eyes. Sure it's to strike fear in the average voter.... ...but they miscalculated when said voter is armed with the Constitution.

All I say to the guys calling it a meme weapon/bad is this. "YES it's a meme weapon. But your inability to use it effectively in a fight is a skill issue." ( The reduced "ammo anxiety" made it become my go-to unless I need close range killing power for eliminate hoard/defence missions. And the increased melee dmg makes hunters far less annoying.)
let me be clear there is no such thing as skill issue with any weapon, either you love it and learn it or you dont. everyone has their right to use anything they like in HD2
I do agree, since I started using the Connie, the hunters have not been as much of a problem. The melee damage stun is also great.
@@sunnydoyoutube7209 At the same time some people just refuse to learn how to use a weapon or gadget and label it bad "because it's hard to use" and that is indeed skill issue. (Also "skill issue" is when you do not have the required ability to be effective and can be amended via practice. So my original statement is still accurate.)

I love running my "Bath Salt" diver. Melee armour, Stab stick, Suppy backpack + Stim boost. Coming back into the transport with 100 melee kills and 50+ stim used. Damn chewing on the seats! Not my fav on bugs but god damn love showing the constitutions to those damn bots

I was genuinely surprised to see people complaining about this weapon. I've been having a blast with it since day 1. Running the Constitution with the Helldivers 1 armor was such a fun vibe. I've recently been testing this out with the Peak Physique armor sets to find the perfect melee build. Loads of fun! It's an absolute blast, and fun to see the 40+ melee kills on the score screen compared to everyone else's zeros haha

Ironically, constitution rifle users are pretty simillar to the one in Helldivers 1. That being that they're confident in their abilities using a heavilly outclassed weapon and still be more useful than the 100th pretentious Breaker incidieary, Generator shield user.
I absolutely love this rifle. I just want strip clips. Damage is awesome, accuracy is awesome, melee is awesome.. it's just that reload.

There is only one change I’d make to the Constitution and that would be the addition of a stripper clip for faster reload. That is all. The Senator has a speed loader, the Constitution should have a stripper clip.

Yesterday i dropped on heeth with some randoms and oh boy Just died one time in the 3 missions and sole because of my dumbass dropping the 500 near me Otherwise i was soloing the bugs with stalwart,heavy armor bugs with the constitution and the plasma pistol and when all the ammo but the constitution ran out,i was shooting the under belly of a bile titan with no termites and one stim And i survived still

If this thing will ever get buffed i would play it 24/7, just because the looks and the feels of this wonderful liberty deliverer. Will sadly stick to other guns for now :'(

I would like the Constitution buffed to being lightly better than the Senator.
honestly the only buff i would consider is more reach for the bayonet or better hit detection, other then that the gun is fine if you ask me
Everyone gets the Constitution for free. If you pick up the game today and install it, you'll find it in your inventory. The Senator is from a warbond. You're complaining that the Liberator isn't as good as the Tenderizer.

Crazy that people are complaining about a weapon that is intentionally suboptimal being suboptimal. Anything is a useful tool for spreading managed democracy in the right hands.
except its not supposed to be suboptimal, its a good weapon in HD1, and the stats are the same as before the 60 days plan so its just a pre buff weapon, if you want to look miserable in mele against bugs, go play spacemarine 2, the game is almost dead but at least you will get you canon fodder fantasy
