As an experienced logger do not do this. It will go bad within a week of doing this. Leave it alone and it will last.

You ever heard of bar oil? That’s what it’s for 😂 you don’t grease chainsaws.

@@vetwood no , 99% of the time it is not needed . Bar is 120cm 48inch long

@@InspectorAltificial i use my chainsaws for milling and sometimes clean the front sproket with some lube , run the chainsaw slow after the lube . To much will cause it to overheat .

Я ложу шину на бок капаю масло на отверстие и кручу руками она сама масло в отверстие забирает. Я не знал что такая штука есть.

So you are milling with a chainsaw for 15 years and dont do maintenance on the 150cm bar ?
So happy this came up because I knew my saw had a hole for this, but I had been using grease as an emergency just to atleast do a few brush cuts with my shitty saw, but now I know where to look 😂
@@yushldnomi for me it is a milling bar and sometimes it needs some extra lubing , but run it for some time before cutting so it cleares the extra grees before running it in the wood
@@Cutting-with-Paul thank you, I think I should’ve done that because it was burning when I was cutting some of the branches that were extra thick, or my chain was just shit😂
@@yushldnomi i would start with the chain , good bar oil , and only after , if you use extra long bars , the tip needs some extra atention

Sometimes , i clean it with grees , run the saw 1-2 minutes but not in wood , it will trow out the greass . This is 48 inch milling bar .
