The power of genuinely seeing yourself with boundless love and compassion
Hi everyone, in this video, I will discuss a simple and intuitive key perspective shift that deeply transformed my life - it is to approach and see ourselves with genuine compassion and love for ourselves. This allows us to be in the place of unconditional love within our soul.
However, even though it is simple, it is not always the easiest to remember or to do for ourselves.
When we judge our actions, we do not understand what kind of pain is causing these actions. Choosing to see yourself with this genuine love allows you to see past the actions and the core pain that was waiting to be noticed.
When we follow the North Star that is this genuine love and care for ourselves, there are no wounds or feelings that we cannot heal and purify within ourselves.
Thank you for being here!

How to find your true desire in life

Hi everyone, In this video, I will explain the main differences between true vs. false desires, and how to release your negative beliefs to allow yourself to go after your true desires. I hope the video is helpful and let me know if you have any questions. False desires are not "bad" and to be suppressed, but rather, they are to be made aware of to understand our deeper feelings causing them. T...

    Your videos always seem to find me at the right time. I haven't been feeling positive about myself lately so I really needed to hear this again. I do sometimes treat myself kindly and attempt to give myself unconditional love. However it becomes so difficult when you see constant reminders of my own inadequacies. Sometimes it even makes me feel selfish, like if I picked myself up and was just a better person I could improve the lives of people I care about. How can I give myself that love when so many people around me are hurting. Its tough but i'm trying really hard. Really appreciate you sharing as always! Hope you're doing well!

    Thank you for being here, fellow Earth travelers❤ Yesterday, I remembered this key perspective toward seeing myself. In a meditation, I met my inner teenager yesterday, and my heart cried for the pain she endured alone, and having felt so deeply alone, unworthy, and unseen. When you truly see yourself genuinely, your heart will hurt for the pain you endured alone. This is how you know that you are truly coming from a genuine place in your heart - rather than judging your actions or judging your pain, you cry together with yourself, hugging this inner part of yourself that suffered alone. Hey, what if this needs to be addressed in a therapeutic setting first before I feel safe enough to do those things? It feels beyond what I am capable of being there for right now.

    • @innerb1oom
      @innerb1oom 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, thank you for your question, and I want to carefully word this message to relay my intention of empathy and care. It's normal to feel overwhelmed, since we are working with a lifetime's worth of suppressed emotions. It can be very helpful to reach out to someone who is more experienced, who can assist you. This can be a therapist (experienced with IFS - internal family systems, a very helpful framework for healing inner child wounds) or a self love/spiritual coach/mentor that can help navigate your path within to purify your trauma and wounds. I would exercise caution if someone claims that they can heal and fix all of your problems for you, or they slap on a band-aid fix to keep you at bay until the next crisis happens. The guidance we get is only an example to show us what we can also do and try to embody that energy, and we are the only person capable of truly healing ourselves and unconditionally loving ourselves. No healer has the power to heal someone else - they show us an example of what is possible, and it is up to us if we want to decide to heal ourselves to match that vibration. This is why it's important to find guidance that resonates with you deeply and bring you clarity, expansion and love, to get to the core root of your wounds to help build the resilience and love you have within. Ultimately, all of this is a change in our perspective in how we see ourselves and our wounds, not specific things we must do to "fix" ourselves. It can also feel very daunting and scary to feel our emotions, and you feel like something worse might happen or that you'll end up in a worse place by feeling your emotions. However, nothing bad can happen from you feeling your emotions. Sure, it might be extremely uncomfortable and unsettling, but when you feel your emotions, you actually release it from your body and end up feeling lighter, because you have released your energetic burdens. There is a difference between feeling our emotions and acting on them, and acting on our emotions does not purify them from our body - it causes it to get stuck for even longer and disconnects us from what we are feeling. Acting on our depression results in us rotting in bed and distracting ourselves from our emotions. Feeling our depression is when we sit with ourselves to cry it out, and acknowledge the pain and loneliness you have been feeling with a loving gaze to ourselves. If you feel that you cannot trust yourself to make decisions that are safe for you, it is valid to reach out for help. If you feel that you can't do it, that's also a valid feeling. It is okay to ask for help, but I would use discernment as to which therapeutic setting you choose (if they just give you a medication and tell you to come back in 3 months, it's probably not the most helpful), and if you truly connect with the person giving guidance as well. Feelings are just feelings - they are beliefs that we attach to, and they are not the truth. Our negative feelings will especially make us believe that we are powerless and that we are incapable of changing, that we are stuck that way forever. But that is not the objective truth. That feeling of despair and powerlessness is signaling to you a deep rooted pain stemming from feeling powerless, incapable and incompetence, stemming from our childhood. However, when we get stuck in feeling hopeless and resisting to that feeling and our circumstances externally, we lose sight of where this pain originated from, which is our inner wounds. I have also deeply believed that I was doomed to feel this way forever, precisely because I was acting on these beliefs and resisting these feelings. What changed everything was when I decided to see these beliefs from a different perspective and actively feel, release, and transmute my pain to love. It is also important to remember that there is no part of you that needs "fixing." These are just parts of us that have been so deeply wounded, and because it is so painful to feel these emotions, we have learned to continually suppress and judge these parts of ourselves as bad to avoid feeling the pain of abandonment. What this part of us needs is love and acceptance as it is, not more judgment and more attempts of fixing. There is no rush on this journey and it's okay to take it one small step at a time. What truly matters is that we set the intention to show up for ourselves, to build our self trust, and to love and care for ourselves a little more each day in whatever way we are capable of. It's okay to take breaks too, and not do anything. The healing journey is not a process that happens overnight, and I spent many years getting lost and stumbling my way through, but it truly is the most worthwhile choice to make to reconnect with yourself. Wishing you the best on your journey and sending you love!
