I used to live across the street from Parc La Fontaine in the early 90's when rent was cheap. We had a four bedroom two bathroom unit with brick walls hard wood floors and dishwasher washer/dryer for 800$ a month. I could only imagine what it goes for today! They call them the good old days for a reason.
The good days indeed. I don't think you can score a two-bedroom with a washer/dryer for twice that amount now in that same area.

Great video! I would love to fly the drone too. Hope we can try and learn together! Not easy to fly a drone in Montreal, lots of restrictions! But still doable! Yes, the views from drones are so breathtaking ❣️❣️❣️
Thank you! I heard about some of the restrictions of flying a drone in the city but yes it’s still doable and I’m sure we can capture epic footage without breaking any rules. I’m looking forward to adding cinematic drone shots and FPV freestyle action in my videos.
