This no-equipment workout is perfect for athletes looking to maintain mobility, power, and explosiveness right at home!
Workout Breakdown:
1️⃣ 90/90 Hip Stretch - Improve hip mobility.
2️⃣ Glute Bridge - Activate and strengthen your posterior chain.
3️⃣ Spine Mobility Drills - Keep your spine healthy and moving freely.
4️⃣ Ankle Isometrics - Build stability and bulletproof your ankles.
5️⃣ Triple Broad Jumps - Develop explosive lower body power.
6️⃣ Rotational Med Ball Throws - Work on rotational strength (use a backpack if no med ball!).
7️⃣ Snap Lunges - Improve coordination and single-leg power.
