The old sounds are taken from CS:S wich took sounds from CS 1.6 meaning the sounds in CSGO are 10/12 years old (its kinda acceptable as CS:GO was meant to be a Console port for CS:S)

That's a different trick to avoiding chopper patrol, My friend teach me to lying on the side of the road, don't move and don't pointing your gun (i forgot the button), and the patrol just passing you by, after that you need to hurry hide to the closest house before the tank saw you

I miss the a1 so much

I'm still of the opinion the old Glock, P2K, P250, Five-SeveN, MP7, FAMAS, M4A4, M4A1-S, AUG, SCAR-20, and AWP sounds were cooler. Too many of the new sounds are like paintball guns or blowpipes. I like what they did to fix some of the more samey sounds (shotguns for instance) that were a bit too distorted, but others in turn sound more samey and have less weight to them.
