Looks good, m4e1 are my go to receivers
olight makes excellent lights. Dont listen to the know nothing scum
Shoot and move refers to the principle of shooting from one location and changing location before engaging again in case they have their sights trained on your last location. Walking while you shoot trains nothing unless maybe your training to assault a target like you think they’re hit and you want to advance on them while suppressing
I completely agree. In my line of work there’s a time and a place for advancing while shooting. Unfortunately, the rules of IDPA are specific. I teach my guys to move dynamically if they are going to move. Stop shooting turn your hips and run. lol IDPA is just a game with rules.
It likin jus cause the fit is trash
It didn’t even look like he was shooting at first
ههههه
Aero makes a good lower and upper. Fitment is great. I have a build using a solgw 13.7 barrel. The main things i stick by are trigger, bcg and buffer setup with a good muzzle device. Giessele trigger, bcm bcg, surefire brake and the vltor a5 system
Took a pistol defense class, never shot a pistol, and the instructor gave me a Glock 19x. Incredible gun but only available in tan and I thought the hand grip was a tad too short. Glock 45 MOS pretty much the gun that fixed all my issues, best pistol and most likely only pistol I'll ever own. The iron sights imo work a little better with the shorter slide, but the full size handle which can accommodate a full size 17 round magazine especially for someone entering the market for the first time those extra shots are a huge selling point.
Yeah I believe it’s the best of both worlds when it comes to Glock. I own a lot of other weapon systems that offer other things but the G45 is a great place to start if you’re just dipping your toes in.
That’s not a holster, it’s a plastic bucket 🪣 to dump your gun into. Jk. That whole system looks so large and clunky compared to my G-Code IWB setup.
Yeah it takes some getting used to. After wearing it for 10+ hours a day you kind of just forget it’s there.
@@Diver_Duck I’m sure it’s comfortable it just looks huge in the video. Just curious, what model flashlight are you issued?
@@magaman3048 issued a Streamlight TLR1 and a TLR1-HL on my rifle.
I dont know if I missed it in the video but What Handguard is that. Looked on aero and didnt see it.
NM. Found it Timber Creek Greyman 15" Handguard, Looking for a 13in to build my 13.7 that handguard looks good.
I would not have chosen an O light for a carry gun that’s for sure
If you watch, I mention putting a streamlight TLR1-HL on before I carry it on the road.
I have both a Surefire Scout with the SR07 tailcap and the Olight Odin. I have never had a problem with the Olight. Sometimes if I wiggle the cable for the SR07, the light will cut out. I am not happy about that with the Surefire because you pay a premium for their stuff. I am looking at getting the DS00 tailcap to replace the SR07.
Yeah that’s interesting. You’d think for the price point it would be top notch.
@@Diver_Duck I heard of others having the same issue with the SR07 tailcap as well. My Olight has always worked.
great song
No tactical movement all that training and shells spent just to run like a kindergartener playing hide and seek
I used to think the same thing. But it does help with training. You get faster over time and helps with cadence, I highly recommend USPSA style shooting to anyone that wants to take training to the next level. USARMS is also a great alternative u get to use rifles more than pistols.
Yeah a bit more to the story than that. Considering it’s for time, score and a heavy safety rule set you can only do so much.
What sort of training do you do that I should be looking into?
@@slowshooter2611 Agreed. My target acquisition has got faster, my splits are decreasing. I do need to get faster on my feet but that range is super rule heavy with muzzle control and don’t want to risk a DQ. Not to mention mud and gravel.
My favorite ❤ 8:48 8:54
… uuhhmmm…… and.. uhhh…. The uhhh…..
Hahaha yeah uhh she ain’t scripted. Just uhhhhh thinking on the uhhh ummm fly
Your videos are really good though. I’ll take some notes.
Nice build. All you need is a can on that bad boy.
Yeah for sure. I’d like to build something like an 11.5” and put a can on it. But right now I’m working on building a Sig 320 from the FCU up.
Nice solid build. Only thing I’d do is upgrade the BCG. It’s the heart of your rifle. Good video.
Thanks appreciate it. Agreed. I just threw that one in because I had it on hand. I’ll be upgrading for sure
I like straight videos not playing GI joe i love guns i had my time with uncle sam not infatuated like alot of people are😂
I recently completed an Aero 300BO SBR build. M4E1 matched upper and lower set. Can’t recall the name of their hand guard but it is designed specifically for the M4E1 upper. Good stuff. I used a Wilson Combat match grade barrel and Triggertech duty one piece. I’m pleasantly surprised at the Aero professional grade BCG….better than I thought it would be. Law tactical folder and Super42 buffer system. I also use Olight products and have one on the rifle. Love the brand….I’ve beat the snot out of their Valkyrie PL Pro lights on pistols and they never fail.
That sounds like an awesome build. And I agree about the Olight. I never had any issues. I haven’t torture tested them like I have my streamlights though.
I saw that you stated that you had a Wilson combat barrel. Did you have any issues with rounds not being chambered. I’m trying to work out the issues with my Wilson Combat barrels and I’m thinking that its the alignment of my gas tubes. I used the Olight as well. It is as bright as the Sure Fires that I have on the majority of my builds.
The barrel is way more accurate than I ever thought it could be with subsonics. I'm getting 1.5 MOA from Hornady 190grn Sub-X rounds. Rifle also shoots 1 MOA with supers in the 110grn to 115grn doesnt matter what brand. I've got several Wilson Combat barrels in different AR platforms and I'm convinced they are simply better than most. As long as you use a reputable lower with M4 feed ramps those barrels produce accurate rifles. That being said, I always buy six or seven different types of rounds from various brands to see what that particular rifle likes. The magic sauce seems to be Wilson Combat barrels and Hornady ammo. It just works every time.
@@daNeterAUsaru999 See my comments above I just posted. I have extensive experience building rifles with different barrels. Wilson Combat just seems to work better then the rest but you have to use a good quality lower with the right M4 feed ramps. If they align properly its pure perfection....however, if you get any level of misalignment it doesn't matter how good the barrel you will get malfunctions. The way to check is run a very fine dental pick across the feed ramp into the barrel chamber. If you feel any resistance or slight "tick" where they come together things aren't aligned. There is a great video from The School of The American Rifle detailing how to do that.
M4E1 Enhanced upper you have.
Nice video! Did you find that the color match of your Cerakote finish across the different parts was pretty good?
Yeah it’s super consistent. Honestly it’s better than my Sig MPX
I have an M4E1 in FDE Cerakote and there's zero rattle between upper and lower receivers. As I recall, the Green finish on the M4E1 is anodized instead of Cerakote which is a thinner finish. Any rattle on yours? This is my first M4E1, and it's impressive... Great video. Thx.
Zero play between the upper and the lower. I’m super impressed with the receivers for the price point. I have a few lower end ARs and you can tell the difference as soon as you pick them up.
BAD levers are fine. They can be a snag hazzard under some circumstances. The thread-in bolt instead of a roll-pin holding the bolt catch on the M4E1 probably results in less BAD lever play. I have a couple rifles with Magpul BAD levers and don't think they are obtrusive, which is the main complaint.
Yeah, I agree completely. The more I play with it the more I like it.
An important part of his review is him saying it does what I need it to. He speaks like he has learned the functions and operation of it well. Kudos young fella great review.
Hey thanks I appreciate that! I’m new to the whole review thing. I talk guns all the time just not in front of a camera. Lol
You know you can pull the trigger
He’s just doing it for a drill, and it looks like he’s pulling the trigger anyway, the gun just appears to be single action.
Once the trigger is pulled on the 320 it doesn’t reset and you can pull it freely.
@@Diver_Duck ahhh my bad
I’m starting my 308 build but I just gotta say I really appreciate that you didn’t torture us with a 5 minute intro of you running around shooting in tactical gear to the thump of bad metal music followed by, “Hey guys how’s it going” like you give a shit followed by “Don’t forget to like and subscribe” before we get to see the rifle.
Haha super accurate just get to the damn point. We all start double tapping the screen when that happens anyway.
Seriously lol
For sure! Get to the point and not waste viewers time! 😂
Very nice .. can’t beat the m4e1 lower for building
Great build Bro.... I almost exclusively use Aero parts when im doing my builds. I have a similar set up minus the stock. Thanks for sharing. Just sub'd. Keep going
Thanks man I appreciate it!
I would also like to build a upper but do not know how. Also you have a new sub. I don’t know the spec torque like you mentioned. Can you possibly make a video sometime step by step so all is newbies can build a entire rifle fr scratch because lowers are easy to build. Much appreciated. It’s my dream to build a rifle fr scratch and have that knowledge.
Yes I’ll see what I can do I that. I might just make one talking about it. I don’t have one to build at the moment. Thanks for the idea
Sweet bro
Anti light tank gun 💀
Is the target way farther than I think it is or are you jus shooting it for the fun of shooting a 50? Lol the berm just looks really close to be shooting a long range rifle with a scope. Not hating lmao I’d dump a 50 into a berm every day if I could
Lol it goes back about 100 yards. It was actually just some random guy that pulled up when I was running handgun drills. He pulled that out and asked if I wanted to taker her for a spin. Couldn’t say no.
@@Diver_Duck I’d say yes too lol
Looks great and thanks a ton sincerely for sharing, really like that timber creek furniture you chose. Will be checking that out. Do you happen to know of anyone else that does color matched buffer tube to rails? I love that look :)
Hey thanks a lot! I’m not sure off the top of my head. I’m sure they do if you do some digging. I really like the timber creek stuff so far though.
What was u feel when fire that Big goofy gun?
It’s a weird feeling. A lot of power is harnessed in one of those things. Plus a face full of dust lol.
Look very nice
You dropped that child sized target like a pro 👌🏻
It’s easy, you just don’t lead them as much.
Excellent response 😂
Ain't nobody Shooting Back.....then you grown sum balls son
Yeah training is bad you’re right. Some**
As a fellow sig owner of a 226 and 320 the high bore axis of the sig really slows down the gun because of the rocking motion and slide mass. Accurate guns but sloooowww.
Use blanks
Too expensive. Dry fire is free. Blanks are about $1 each. That run in the video would have cost me $20 lol.
Use a dump poutch so you don't destroy the mags
What do you mean? I usually just throw a spare piece of carpet down, but I’m interested in this dump pouch idea.
I’ve shot uspsa indoors for about a year and haven’t seen anyone with issues as usually the basepad hits the concrete. Also having them empty will make it so light they won’t hardly get any damage
Atleast your dip didnt fall with all the darkness in the music.
Nice 👍🏿
not exciting, very slow.
Yeah it wasn’t on purpose. I was having issues with that mag dropping free. Appreciate your opinion though.
@@Diver_Duckit was exciting muddy dont worry
I’m here to be a man of the people.
