Getting Teddy his own little house is a great idea. It is obvious that you love him very much. If you decide to keep the house up on the cat tree, please secure it. Otherwise it will fall off again with him in it.

My mums cat had a harness that was more like a vest. It proved to be the most secure.

What is the point of this 'point' training? Teddy is a cat, not a dog.

He is a clever kitten. He won't go far outside without a harness and under your supervision, especially if it's cold. He needs to walk out by himself so he knows the way back and keep a bag of treats handy, shaking a Dreamies packet will bring him running back home. Once he's been out, he'll mither you like mad to go out again, so be prepared.
