Whenever the Main Landing Gear touch the ground (and there is enough pressure), the thrust reversal can be activated. In this video, only idle reverse is used.

i'm a pilot too...but sincerly is the first time that i see a VEMD on B2...propably is a special layout on owner request..im flying the B3+ but is the only one that i see with the VEMD..thanks... LAst question your uncle working for this society?

Sorry folks i have a little question..during the start up procedures i saw the VEMD sistem on the B2...usually the VEMD is on the B3....
