No, it was an extra charge. Cheaper to book beforehand. It's more expensive on the cruise.

Everyone on my cruise was wearing a swimsuit except for changing. Not sure if they have a policy or not, but no one was free ballin. That being said, the spa was amazing and you will love it.
...my wife said there was someone nude on the women's side during our cruise.

Hi is the steam room and sauna coed or men on one side and women on one side.
The steam room and sauna are separate. There are also smaller hot tubs and cold plunge tubs that are separate. The heated seats and large hot tub are coed.
