Wanda and Aarya || Mother || I'm Not Afraid
Yes, I know they are worlds apart but they are my favourite Sherni moms protecting their kids. It's simply fascinating how the plot of the whole show (Aarya) and MOM was driven by the resilient spirit of motherhood. It is in the space of motherhood both the women found their strength and their flaws. A mother can truly go to any extent for her children.

It's marvelous how many of them are villains born out of very mature, macabre and demolishing themes. Shen's inability to heal the scars to Frollo's hamartia of lust the pain and cruelty is real and as an adult rewatching these films makes me ponder upon weather if these villains are more effective than real-life ones

Aarya (Sushmita Sen) (She is My Queen in Hindi) is a real badass she is the beacon of resilience and cunning a fantastic mother and a broken person as well. And then they’re viewed and made out to be the bad guy. Tbf we all know that’s how it would look. Just makes you question how much you have to bend your back and bones just to avoid the simple action that feels or is justified. So just like appearances as you said. Unlike Elena who is the 'protagonist' role model girl of the show, Katherine survives through her tough periods relentlessly and doesn't give up, a good enough reason to be called empowering!

And she survived being orphaned twice, her aunt being murdered in front of her, her brother dying, her father figure dying, her best friend dying and coming back over and over, Klaus and other dumbass villains including Katherine the slut coming after her and Elena still decided to be a good person and be happy. She even forgave Katherine when she didn't have to instead of being an angry vengeful asshole and what did Katherine do? Possess Elena and take her free will away. Katherine is manipulative, selfish, stupid as hell, and just evil but yeah great role model for narcissistic bitches like you and the other dumbasses in this fandom, it actually explains a lot. If Katherine is your role model you have serious issues.

All Nyx’s children, including her god children, are in fact exempt from that as she has higher ranking above the other gods, hence her immunity passes down to her children. The same way Nyx cannot be touched by Zeus for fear of her wrath, Eris cannot be touched by him for fear of that wrath, and the same goes for the vow on Styx.
