We have done an excel format for entire neonatal calculation from admission to discharge, doctor only need to add pnd, dosing weight, and necessary antibiotics thats it everything will be calculated automatically like ivm, oral feeds, fluid rate and total fluids. and everything will be automatically changes if the baby weight is below 1.5 or above 1.5 and 10%d and isolyte fluid automatically changes after 2 days of admission and just minor changes in aminovin, lipids, glucose, etc entire parental nutrition will be calculated like 10% dextrose, 50% dextrose, nacl, kcl, aminoven, phosphate, ca,mg,mvi, lipids in respective syringes. And we have seen zero error in calculations

I'm 19 female and my haemoglobin was 9.7 and serum iron and ferritin were 20 and 6 and after taking supplements for almost 2 months my haemoglobin now is 14.5 and serum iron 87 but ferritin is still low 19 so should i still take iron supplements as I'm scared that it may lead to too high haemoglobin ?

salam sir, I have watched your video and these are exactly the same symptoms with my brother for the past 6 years, when he was16 years old. It started off with symptoms like aggression, self talk, lost of focus and later turned into laughing amd talking to himself. My family has been there for him, as he is the youngest in the house. His doctor since 2020 is Dr Rizwan Taj based in islamabad, and the constant medication has been Amizep, rismek, kempro (his symptoms got controlled but he was no where closer to getting normal his al emotions were numb, he completed matric and then never went to college, so all he does his eat, sleep. Moreover, in between he starts to do different things like going to washroom like 20-25 times a day. My mum looks after him and tells him what to do what not to do. He is harmless but he is not getting better nad his doctor says that it will take time, or it wont het better. on his recent checkup that is last week, he added two more medicines that are ariper (aripiprazole), P- Cine (procyclidine hydrochloride). We all are desperate for a change, for some kimd of emotions. His hallucinations are there, but he doesn’t know what he goes through. No one in our family history has this disorder. Pls, review the medicines nad this comment and let us know what should be done. We are highly greatful to you sir. Please reply to my comment.

Only a doctor can diagnose it. I deal only with children and have no idea of adult medicine so better discuss it with your doctor. There must be some good physician in the city that you live in, so get some advice and go to a proper physician or better to consult a Nephrologist who can further guide you about the treatment options

My daughter is otherwise healthy but she always gets viruses and diseases first among other children. She had vision problem in right eye and injection were used in eye to control bleeding and vision, after two days of catching chicken pox, the corner of her right eye looked swollen as if chicken pox blister. I know it doesn't get to the eyes, but afraid i gave her the medicine as per dose, the blisters are clearing rapidly and new ones are less. I used topical as well.

If a pregnant woman is given prescription diet pills in the 1960s, could this cause the developing child to have Macrocephaly ? I believe this is what happened to me. My mothers doctor was arrogant and told her to take diet pills so she didn't gain weight. I was also what they call a blue baby and deprived of oxygen at birth. I was born in 1965 and I can see that I have this condition, although not extreme, I still can see it. In a way it has destroyed my life socially, but I still go on each day. Some people seem to notice right away, and others don't seem to notice at all.
