SHB (Saathi Haath Badhana) Social Foundation is a non-profit organization in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
SHB Social Foundation works in the mental wellness space within the community. We build safe spaces and opportunities for people to support each other to create and maintain sustainable communities through Listening, Compassion, and Inclusivity.
We offer different support programmes to the community which bring change through compassion, self-care, emotional and social life-skills. These programmes are offered through our Community Centre in Aundh, Pune both through in-person and phone services. We offer Listening Post - a nation-wide free emotional distress support helpline every day. We believe in do-able action for social change through conversations.

A decade of Listening
Our journey of 10 years has been an amazing collaborative effort with our Saathis to take Listening to many forums and Institutions. This video is a testimony to the efforts of all our Saathis - partners, volunteers, donors, well-wishers who have been instrumental in helping us get here today!

Fake. She is not a doctor. Her scam is to first increase the people’s pain, then make them do many sessions. Instead of one session she makes a patient do 15-20 sessions and cheats patients and their trust. All products she uses on patients body are made by her and have strong steroids and harmful chemicals. These have ruined lives of many. Her partner in crime is Rajat and he is not certified. Do not fall in her trap
Yes she is good physiotherapist ...
Dr. Surabhi is a very good Physiotherapist , with perfect diagnosis , as per my own experience.
