Sir there is no indexation even for property bought before 1.4.21. value of 1.4.21 is taken as godfatheting value and then 12.50% tax on gains without indexation. Ind & huf can avail benefit of investmeent in huying anothet house which shall be tax exempt.

Humble suggestion to talk about alternate special skill professions which R not the part of regular study courses. Just U spoke about graphics, like that journalism, story telling , interior designing, special crafts for specialisied packaging & designing etc. lije that there may be many more skill based creative carriers with huge potential of earning decent income, ROE shall be greater than becoming an MBA, ENGINEER, DR ETC.

Not a great idea as tax payable keeps on changing every assessment year. So our insurance coverage might not be stable and moreover sometimes what if you didn't pay tax that year due to some layoff and a gap of 6 months comes in.. Rather they should give GST exemptions on insurance and other big purchases if you paid tax. Eg., if you paid 20000 tax this year You should be eligible for GST benifits of 10000/20000/40000 such that if you paid GST of 1500 on some life insurance that amount should be returned in next financial year. One more example: let's assume he or she bought a scooter and paid 20000/- GST out of it as 1500/-life insurance is claimed already and there's 8500/- GST return benefit still available assuming if 10000/- is max claimable, although 20000/- GST paid on scooty can get only 8500/- If 20000 is max claimable then he will get 18500/- I think mixing Income tax and GST will be super beneficial as this will balance general supply, demand and tax revenue at the same time

NEET is just another addition to the long list. In last 5 years, there have been more than 40 documented instances of leaks in recruitment exam in 15 states impacting 1.4 crore job seekers, who were applying for a little over 1.04 lakh posts. It's unfortunate that government has not been held accountable for a problem of such magnitude by our media.

I completely disagree to you, its ok to tell a 12th pass person literate , it about literacy , what you are talking about is skill...you get jobs if you have skill...

Hi sir, Apne kaha ki 8-10L government vacancies khali padi hui because of lack of skilled manforce. In my opinion it may not be fully true. In jobs ke liye selection process kafi difficult hota hai. We are aware of the fierce competition in these government exams. So, to call the hardworking aspirants as unskilled and undeserving is not fair. They undergo whatever skill test the government thinks is necessary to check their capability. Moreover, after selection, they are imparted specific trainings in initial phase in their department. In my knowledge, the reason why government does not fill these vacancies are : 1) Every month, their handsome salaries and perks will put burden on the budget of state as well as centre. Instead, the department hires very limited project based contractual workers who are paid only 30-40% of the salary of regular employee, and that too with no allowances. 2) Many videos of Loco Pilots in Railway, bank employees, primary school teachers etc. keep surfacing in media, where they complain about excess workload on them. I have few relatives having government jobs who confirm that the workforce is intentionally being kept low so as not to put stress on government finances. There is a deficit of manpower in almost every department. Government labels this approach as a step towards increasing the efficiency of governance. 3) Few of these vacancies are released in tranches only when the elections are near to gain political advantage. Employees retire every year, but there is no regular or annual recruitment process. As a result, the vacancies pile up. I do agree with you sir that there is a huge skill gap in our system. If there are 2 cr unemployed youth, then hardly 20% of them would be skilled and employable. However, the government requires only 7-8L out of them to fill the vacant post. Why is it keeping these jobs away from the deserving candidates ?

Another problem in this loop is about teachers in govt schools and b why they choose teaching as profession especially in govt schools

Sirji till now there are no associations or clubs like this to my notice....we can very well form the same and can our place suggestions before the Government....let's see if more people can join this channel so that everyone is aware of the issues and also to support especially the middle class people who honestly pay all the taxes and are getting nothing in return in today's time....hoping a better future for the upcoming generations😇

Sir its work in progress. Mis rule of 60 years is getting repaired. We need to give ling rope. No doubt politician class becomes one for their personal gains, most needed is reform in pay & petks & pension of this cclass. Big change shall be visible in whole financial echo sysyem .
