92M - with the main door Not exactly closed tight (a slit in the middle) 4:22 and the view over looking other houses’ roofs ?! Low ceiling and living area too small which can only put one sofa. The kitchen is most spacious than the living area. With that price - it could be more approximately designed with the layout of the ground floor. Thank you God Bless

Nice open concept but the top selling part of the house should be the kitchen with breakfast table and pantry should not separated.....

What I like is that the living area is not directly behind the front or main door. But for this price, I would expect a lot more privacy from prying eyes of neighbors especially next door. The kitchen does not impress. This house is too big for the size of the lot. It could use less rooms and more yard space for outdoor entertaining.

Yikes!! This house is beautifull location, scenery is beautiful! Love the windows, But that's where it ends with this place! The interior decorator needs to be fired lol you can tell that this house was decorated with the minimal of the minimal cost Bathrooms were hideous. Kind of feel the builder would have just put a hole in the floor if you could have got away with it. Definitely will be a hard sell. would have to lower the price significantly so you could upgrade the interior of this house to a level that meets the scenery of this house.

Is there a 2 bedroom display for touring? So far I've only seen the 4 bedroom one and this 1.5 bedroom. If I'm reading their floor plans correctly, kind of odd why the 4 bedroom has a wrap around balcony, but then the 3 bedroom units don't, but then the 2 bedroom units have a wrap around balcony? So far I haven't been able to find any videos on TH-cam which shows the 2 bedroom unit at Velaris North
