My cat is dealing with this right now. He wouldn't walk unless I take him to the litter box ,he usually walks back, but using the wall as an anchor to keep upright, and I had to start giving him water using a syringe, and feeding him small portions of chicken broth with chicken. He is not interested in eating anymore. It's been 2 weeks and this is very stressful for myself and him, but I want him to feel better. He had a ear fungus infection and I was given meds for ear infection and a med for inflammation. But no improvement after 2 weeks 😢

Doesn't matter what kind I use from most expensive to cheapest my cat rips through all of them no such thing as scratch proof bags

I’ve been using Nutri-Vet Antimicrobial Wound Spray for Cats from Amazon. It’s been working great. First rinse area off with saline or water. Just make sure your cat wears a cone both for healing and to not ingest the medicine.

Home remedies are so much better than petro chemical drugs. These are some good preventative remedies but if your cat has a UTI it may not be enough. My cat spends his days mostly outside so I don’t get to monitor his pee. Recently I noticed my cat was napping more and then one evening he used his indoor litter box that has Pretty Litter in it. His pee was beet red. I began giving him Primal raw goat milk that has apple cider vinegar and cranberry and inulin in it, only one tablespoon at a time four times a day. But the miracle healer was the colloidal silver that I added a quarter teaspoon to the milk. By that first evening he was racing up and down the hall and jumping high to catch his toys. By the next morning his pee was back to normal color. The ppm is important when buying colloidal silver. I buy 10ppm. Dr Jones with Veterinary Secrets here on youtube does a good video about colloidal silver. I will be giving my cat a small dose of colloidal silver for the rest of his life, myself also. I also found a good chicken bone broth from Open Farm that has carrots, pumpkin, parsley, turmeric, and cinnamon. I put some of this around his wet food. Prevention is key. I also give my cat supplements of fulvic humic acid and chlorella to help him detox. I take these supplements also and it’s really working. My poor kitty had awful skin allergy. His neck was full of sores from scratching and he’s all well now. Good wet food that does not have meat byproducts as the first ingredient and good supplements are key to avoiding illnesses.
