Oh I miss Souplantation - so nostalgic! Need to make a trip out there soon!

I loved Souplantation! Start with a huge salad, then as many bowls of clam chowder as I could hold. I'm definitely going to check this place out.

Souplantation is still vacant in Lakewood...hope they come here.

We used to have Fresh Choice in Northern California. We miss it so much. I hope they bring one up here.

Golden corral is much better value

Have FUN standing in line for over an hour. I live up the street from that madhouse. You'd think the place would be giving away free food with the amount of sheep that line up there every single day. C'mon people, it's fuggin soup and salad for cryin' out loud. People are weird. Waiting in line like lemmings.

Oh yes!! they need to come back to Las Vegas! Miss that place so much!

The food here was great. The only drawback is the lines to go in wrap around the outside of the building, making for a long wait. Even with such a high constant demand they can still keep up the quality and taste of the food. Hopefully more will open in other abandoned Soup Plantation restaurants.

Come to the westside!! Rancho Cucamonga is too far.

OMG this is fantastic news! Looks like they're doing great business, too. Hopefully this will enable them to expand all the way to Northern Calif!

I have been whinning about the closure of Soupplantation since they closed & most recently last week. I really need a siup place in the real Los Angles not Rancho.

over $20 for salad bar and a drink? yikes. soup plantation was much cheaper. I'll stick with the $12 bigger plate at Panda Express. $23 for rabbit food. For $20 you can come out to the casino's all you can eat buffet here in san Bernardino county. with tons of meat options.

They did not go out of business due to COVID. They were struggling before COVID. They might try to use that as an excuse but that's not the reason. I went there my whole life. They closed because slow business. They could have set up outside dining and had waiters do it for them but they didn't. Instead they decided to close. Not do the COVID do to mismanagement. Is they even got a grant by the state to stay open and pay their employees but they didn't do it they took the money and ran.

Ummm get your facts straight, soup plantation does not have a location in Az. That would be Sweet Tomatoes, which has one location in Tucson. Owned by the same corporation, but at least acknowledge that it’s sweet tomatoes.

We used to eat soup plantation after church . First place i remember they had a guy that would cook you fresh Alfredo pasta with chicken.
