I didn't have a mentor when I started real estate in 2002. My Broker assigned me one, but I was told what to do and never taught why or how to do, if that makes sense. Over the years I have gained a lot of knowledge through webinars, seminars and hands on training. I am happy to share this with my viewers as it makes for a smoother transaction for all parties.
