GO SKI BC! This was my first time on a true rocky mountain and it did not disappoint. Could not ask for better weather, even the cloudy days were good cause that brought more snow. Fortunately I did not slide down a steep hill uncontrollably today. After getting our bearings, I gave the Separate Reality bowl a shot, and it was pretty good! I am ok. Naturally we pick the resort with the highest vertical drop (try 5620ft/1713m) on the continent to kick off our Rockies ski vacation. Gradually took it up a notch till we found ourselves on a very difficult run and I slid down it on my face. Otherwise an absolute solid day, Blue Mountain has nothing on this!

Caught a reasonable 9am flight from Pearson International. Believe it or not you can fly direct to Kelowna B.C., who knew! Left a little late but arrived a little early? The first time the whole Radman family is on Life is Rad! Also the first time we've tried snowshoeing! The trails at Crawford Lake were pretty good, definitely want to try it in the back country though. Give it a try if you haven't before!
