Cabela's Zoned Comfort Trac Insulated Rubber Hunting Boots Review

These boots are a great option for someone who is a Midwest whitetail hunter such as myself. They're comfortable for miles of hiking in the summer heat and yet still warm and toasty for those long hours of sitting in below-freezing temps waiting on that big target buck. www.cabelas.com/shop/en/cabelas-zoned-comfort-trac-insulated-rubber-hunting-boots-for-men

Man this was a nice Kayak Adventure. I can tell you had a good time with your body. In the video at 9:35 where your buddy was going to have to wear his Crocs over top of the tree those Crocs would have been a lot better. I would had to do that wearing flip flops because I am a chubby fat dude with big very very extremely wide feet sz15 6E wide with very fat chubby wide toes that are equally straight across making my foot very very wide at 6 1/2 inches wide from my big toe to my lil toe.My foot out Grew shoes , socks , boots when i was young & flip flops is the only footwear that will barely and i mean barely fit my foot because of my toes being wider than the flip flops straps. If my toes was at a 45° angle instead of being evenly straight across I would be able to find a shoe that will fit on my foot. I have to kayak Barefooted 👣style because of my toes being so wide. I hate having very very extremely wide feet but my wife love seeing my chubby fat wide toes that are evenly straight across in flip flops with both of my lil toes hanging off the Footbed of the flip-flops. She thinks my feet look very very cute in flip-flops like that. I'm married to a crazy wife who loves my chubby fat wide toes. We even got married wearing flip flops. Good video thank you for sharing.

Titanium pots are good to boil water only, to use with Mountain House is good, if you try cook common rice for example, using a titanium pot, it will burn the rice at the bottom and fail... Stanley Adventure Two Cups Cookset is a solid project, very safe and functional. That two cups are double wall, nice for drink hot coffee with out burn your hands or lips, they save the temperature for a long time...

But it's cheap, it's a tank, it fits well with that little walmart cup, and the handle is perfect. I'm never replacing it.

I have the h10, never understood the mesh or rubber covers. The thing is so deep you dont have to worry about anything falling overboard and its a FISHING kayak. Last thing i want is my gear to have to fit under a cover or have to remove bungees to access it. My covers have never been removed from the box lol. Cooler in the back (taller than the cover allows) and 5 gallon bucket full of tackle boxes anchor knives pliers plastics ets in the front also taller than cover allows. If water is coming in its coming in, this is a very OPEN boat, that cover aint helping, its just a gimmick to make it look fancier than it is. Its a bare bones (mostly) functional fishing yak for small bodies of water and slow moving rivers. The bow and stern covers are USELESS and more of a hindrance than a help. I assumed they were compartments until i bought one. If youre over 6 feet tall your feet will be IN the front "compartment" the only thing seperating the bow and stern from the cockpit is the crossmember on top. The forward facing and the crossmembers is what makes it a "Hybrid" its just a narrow forward facing canoe. You cant stand in an h12 cause youre built like Private Pyle. Im 6'4'' and 220 and i can use my h10 like a stand up paddle board. a 12 footer is even easier. Most kayak fisherman arent built like they go to hometown buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. Thank god youre a "hardcore" nalgene user and this kayak accommodates your hardcore use of a brand of water bottle that you fill with kool-aid. You aint big boned. I eat like dog shit too but i dont pretend i dont. I dont pretend im a hardcore nalgene user either. I start every summer at 250-260lbs and because of actually USING my kayak to fish instead of taking selfies on it with my nalgene bottle with a caption that says "fitness can be fun!" i end the summer at about 190...i put it back on by february but its gone again by august. Im a hardcore budweiser user. That nalgene bottle is doing wonders lol, If i worked for nalgene i would sue you for defamation.. Save the comments im fully aware im an asshole.

You could probably make your own yoke, but due to the seat being removable, and therefore already difficult to keep in place, you'd either want to design something to address that or look into a different for form of transport like a dolly perhaps.

Having the drag rope that I talk about in the video helps me alot, but I'm still getting the hang of standing up myself. The only real tip I have for getting in and out would be get parallel to the shore whenever the water depth allows. It's easier on yourself and the boat compared to the "straight out" approach most people seem to take. Hope this helps!

Raise your seat to rail height! Simply mount the seat on heavy-wall 1” aluminum angle, cut to length to fit in the moulding at your adjustment notches. Then, use a pull rope. The farther forward you tie it, the better it works. Good fishing!

Thanks for the review. This kayak is going to be perfect for me then. And yes, you definitely need more practice on standing up on kayaks. I'm able to stand up with good balance really quickly on kayaks that don't have flat surfaces. And it took some time before I finally got it down. But yes, definitely standing up from seated position takes practice esp with the small amount of space you have in a kayak.

As long you place the bow on top of your vehicle first and then pick up the stern end and slide it into place, it's very manageable solo. Be aware though, although seat has the two tether points it can still fall out if the boat gets turned up too much.
